I have never had such a positive experience with home service/construction company. Tomer was very professional, knowledgeable and easy-going. He listened to what I wanted out of my bathroom remodel and made suggestions to improve the ideas or to make sure we stayed within code. All of the employees did great work and the job was finished on time, which is practically a miracle. All of that with a fair price. I would not hesitate to use ITM again and have already recommended them to a few friends.

From the first impression to the very last I wasn't disappointed. The initial consultation with Tomer was very precise and detailed orientated. I was very skeptical about hiring contractors in the Los Angeles area as I've had very bad experiences before. Tomer helped me build my dream kitchen, bathroom and complete backyard exterior including an amazing bbq area. Professionalism is beyond words for this company. We're looking at doing an ADU next year and I won't look any further than ITM Construction. Don't even bother looking anywhere else, this is the best construction company in every aspect!!

Tomer and his crews were wonderful to work with. We had four large jobs and we were happy with all of the results. Our first job was building a sitting area for Bonnie on the deck off our bedroom. Next was a complete rebuild of the master bath. The glassed in walk in shower is a center piece. Next was the downstairs bath and finally our kitchen. We couldn't be happier. The quotes were fair, the work was started and completed on time and on budget. Communication was excellent. Hallie, Tomer's office manager, was wonderful. She consistently informed us when a team would be coming or when materials were scheduled to be delivered. Bonnie was comfortable with the workers in our home. We highly recommend Tomer for any of your home building or remodeling needs.

We contacted three different Contractors and I am grateful that God gave us the wisdom to choose Tomer because he is very kind and thoughtful. If i had a concern or there was something I did not like, he immediately changed it. He was very easy to deal with. Tomer treated us like family. He was very considerate, he tried to help us in any way he could. He was always telling us "don't worry, we will figure it out". Every time he showed up with a friendly smile. He was very personable. He was on the job site often, making sure that everything was going well. The crew was also very pleasant. They were agreeable and easy to work with. My husband and I are very happy with the outcome.

Tomar has been an absolute pleasure to work with, he has integrity, high morals and he speaks from the heart which is something extremely difficult to find now a days with Contractors. I had the pleasure of working with Tomar on a small kitchen remodel, my house is 1200 ft.² with three bedrooms and two baths, the overall kitchen dimensions were approximately 250 ft.² small kitchen. Tomar with his 22 years of experience was able to capture myself and my wife’s vision with excellent ideas on how to utilize every square inch in my kitchen to maximize the space. Additionally Tomar has impeccable follow up and is there 24 seven to support you the customer and making sure that you are satisfied with the end result. I had the fortune of getting five bids for this kitchen remodel however no one came close to the work ethic or peace of mind that I experienced during this journey with Tomar. Even after the project was done I was able to call on Tomar‘s expertise on several other projects that had nothing to do with the kitchen and he was always professional and on point providing me with excellent advice to my house. Tomar is the best contractor out there, you will not go wrong with him. I will highly recommend you calling him and give them an opportunity and you will see exactly where I’m coming from. Tomer and his crew came in and transformed our home from a disaster (which resulted from a water leak) into a beautifully crafted space. ITM really does quality work and Tomer really knows his stuff. Our project was a complete kitchen remodel. ITM Construction delivered the beautiful result we envisioned. Toner Malik, the owner, was well organized, very communicative and kept on schedule. Any problems or concerns were quickly resolved. He follows a motto of “solutions not excuses”. His employees are hard working and courteous. I recommend ITM Construction and would hire them again.

I was looking for a contractor to do an overhaul on my mom's house. I was very happy to have worked with Tomer, he is a really smart guy and gets the job done right. My mom is a bit of a nitpicker, but Tomer kept his cool throughout all her questions, even after hours. The crew Tomer keeps do precise and amazing work. Tomer really listened to what we wanted the final outcome to be, but let us know what parts of our ideas would not be realistic. The outcome is stunning. Friends and family have been very impressed. I'm happy my mother can spend her last few years in this beautifully remodeled space.

I definitely recommend ITM Construction if you are considering having any work done on your home. It can be pretty nerve wracking hiring a contractor, Tom eliminated all that from the beginning. I am very pleased with the end result of remodeling job Tom and his crew performed. I was putting this work off for years and I was referred to ITM by a friend. Tom is a true professional, full of creativity and keeps his deadlines. It was a pleasure watching the progression of the work and seeing the true skill of Tom's crew. Tom made himself available to answer all my questions throughout the project. The final product is stunning, thanks to a lot of ideas from Tom and a mix in of my own ideas.

I don’t even know how to begin this review for Tomer Malki from ITM Construction! Let me preface and say that my husband and I (first-time homeowners) bought a fixer-upper in the Mid-city area. The house was built in the 1920s and needed a great deal of TLC. And by that I mean a complete renovation (kitchen, bathrooms, wall removal, refinishing the hardwood floors, plumbing, electricity – you name it!). We love old, historic homes, and were looking to work with someone who could preserve our house’s integrity, while offering a modern update. We had been in touch with a handful of other contractors during escrow, all of whom made us doubt our decision to buy the house, saying, more or less, that it would be a massive, lengthy, and expensive project. After having our plans approved by the city, we met a few other contractors, but still didn’t feel like we found the right person. We finally met Tomer, which literally felt like a fresh breath of (optimistic) air! He spent over three hours carefully scrutinizing the house, offering his vision for what it could become, making suggestions that would maximize our space while minimizing our expenses, and chanting, “There are no problems. Only solutions.” After the meeting, my husband and I felt Tomer was the first and only contractor who actually made us feel like the job would get done! And that is exactly the type of attitude Tomer maintained throughout our renovation project. He was extremely communicative, arriving to the house every single day, keeping us updated on the progress, and consulting with us along the way. He’s smart, creative, easygoing, and has a sharp eye. He is such a pleasure to work with! And, I should stress, he also works with an incredible team of highly talented individuals! His team was able to recreate the patterns resembling the original plaster from the 1920s inside the house, while matching the stucco from the outside. They built a new master closet from scratch. We also bought reclaimed tiles, and we were so relieved that they were installed flawlessly. I’m talking about one hundred year old fire-glazed tiles. (We even sent photos to the company where we purchased them, and the owner said it was one of the best installations she had ever seen during her twenty years in the business.) The crewmembers were always friendly, responsive, and hard-working. And our kitchen is a dream!! Tomer helped us design the kitchen, which was a challenge, given the limitations because of HPOZ (historic city zoning). He planned a perfect layout, getting into details of the proper lighting, the placement of appliances, and the types of cabinets we would utilize the most. The cabinetry is of the finest quality, along with the beautiful granite installation. When we had ideas for how we wanted the house to be designed (and there were plenty), he always found ways to make it happen. For instance, Tomer was able to assist us with our own vision: transforming antique dressers into bathroom vanities!! He was also able to refer us to different stores with competitive prices (coupled with his contractor’s discount). After only three months of renovation, completed according to our contract, we are now living in our dream home!! The level of workmanship, the dedication, the attention to small details – all exceeded our expectations!! We wish to give Tomer our highest recommendation, and we have no doubt we will hire him for future projects! Thank you, Tomer! We sincerely appreciate all your time and effort. We couldn’t have done this without you!

Bathroom remodeling Using ITM Construction was an excellent decision. Tomer was a pleasure to work with always remaining calm and patient. He had excellent ideas and was very helpful in helping me make good choices in products and design. I would recommend ITM for any remodel.

Currently enjoying my new remodeled bathroom area in my home thanks to Tom lol! I was looking for a contractor and out of all of them Tom was the best bet out of all of them! This man has made my vision into reality! Tomer impressed me with his confidence. He looked at my kitchen and made 2 offers. Due to my budget and time constraints I went with the cheaper option. Tomer was helpful in referring to people he contracts with, such as the granite and tile people. Tomer also recommended mold removal, which was a pain, but needed for the kitchen and guest bathroom. Everything was done within the time frame suggested. The good parts were the excellent work done by Roman, the tile person who also did most of the plumbing. Problems, were just the logistics of people not showing up on time, or going to another job first. Sometimes, I never knew when, or if people were coming. The bottom line is that the kitchen does look nicer, especially the tiles.

Tomer treated my job as if it was for himself. Here are some of my takeaways from working with him: - He set a mutually-agreed upon budget to cover the exact scope of work and honored it - The work was done with my future renovations in mind so that everything would be cost-effective and look seamless when it's all said and done - He had the foresight to think about where it made sense to spend money, and where not to, to maximize my return when I eventually sell - Tomer came by every day to check on the work and was available by text/call as early as 8am, or as late as 11pm, 7 days a week - He passed-through his preferred pricing on materials (eg hardwood floors) - He genuinely wants you to be happy with the final product and will do as much touch-up as needed to deliver what was promised His bid was higher than others I had received, but it was worth it to me to pay more for someone I felt I could trust with the design and work, while not getting nicked and dimed along the way.

Tomer and his crew at ITM really came through on everything that they promised in the very beginning. We were very impressed with the management as well as the craftsmanship. The team was professional and courteous as they completed the project and kept our house as tidy as they could which we very much appreciated. Any question we had Tomer was readily available, which was very impressive to us. This guy really knows his stuff he's been doing it for a long time and he has a lot of experience buying materials in Los Angeles which is basically like hitting a Goldmine. We are so thrilled with the end result of the projects in our home that ITM Construction did! We had no previous knowledge of what a remodel entailed so we were especially glad that Tomer was so helpful and available. We shopped a few contractors but Tomer's confidence made him the obvious choice. On our second meeting he showed us the amazing 3d designs he put together, that really got us excited because we were able to visualize it much better. Having a pro like Tomer to guide us through this was great. He showed us which colors to choose to get the end result we wanted and were glad because we would have chose the wrong one. We were impressed with ITM , definitely recommend using them.

Tomer is hands down the best contractor I have ever worked with. Communicative, attentive, and friendly, it was apparent from our first meeting he was engaged and excited about the project. Once the contract was signed, there was never confusion about scheduling or process and the project was finished in a timely manner with impeccable craftsmanship. Tomer’s honesty and attention to detail really make him an all-star contractor. We will hire him for all of our future projects!

Tomer and his crew did a ground-up remodel of my converted loft in a 1928 high-rise building. His work was excellent quality and he was very responsive, all at a fair price! All of this was done while loading and unloading the job through an elevator, with HOA rules and picky neighbors. I highly recommend Tomer!

I did a full kitchen remodel. ITM gutted the entire kitchen and reinstalled an upgraded high end cabinet system with beautiful counter tops, tiled back splash and vinyl planks flooring that look just like wood. There recommendations were great and the installers were experts and know what they were doing. The best part about this company is that they kept in contact with us and communicated throughout he entire process. Not like other companies that you have to chase after them. Great people to work with!

From project scope/bid, tear down, and construction of brand new kitchen the process went smoothly and to my complete satisfaction. While the kitchen project was completed in 2014, I am posting this review now because a small crack appeared in the kitchen ceiling a year after completion, and Tom followed up immediately and sent a crew to repair and refinish. This was important to me, as oftentimes with contractors once the work is done they are difficult to track down. In short, from start to finish, and way after-finish Tom was responsive and great to work with. Highly recommended.

From the beginning, remodel design, price, all phases of project, materials used, cleanliness, working with permit inspectors, Tom’s oversight of daily progress, satisfaction with completed job and most importantly, willingness to stand behind work product long after completion.

Just had my project completed by Tom. Tom came out and gave me an estimate based on what we wanted done at our home. We collected 3 other prices from other contractors and also got pricing from 2 designers. We decided to go with ITM based on Tom's understanding and knowledge of what we wanted to achieve. Also he was able to include all engineering, and architectural designs. Tom was always available on his phone or called us back promptly, any issues or questions were addressed right away. They were not the cheapest option at the time. But we went with our gut and Tom did not disappoint. I do believe that we were given a high end job at a reasonable price. They worked efficiently and as clean as can be expected on a large project. All work was done with permits and all inspections were signed off. Tom made sure all punch list items were completed.
