I hired them to install three exterior lights, by my front and back doors & garage. I had the fixtures, just needed someone to install. Good work at a reasonable price. I subsequently hired them to fix some wood rot by my garage door. Ivan cams in, cut out and replaced the bad pieces, caulked and repainted. Excellent job!

I'm just going to go to The aunties list, and so if they know how to do it and they're doing it for the whole building, like I don't know what the big deal is. Well, long story Sorry. This guy said he was gonna have to come back and finish the job the next day with his father. At that point, I just ended up hiring the people for my building, and they They came in and in, like, literally within 20 minutes, put up my TVs, put up my pictures. It was not a problem, not like this guy was making me telling me that I had to, To like break the wall, and I had to sign a document confirming that I was not gonna sue him in the event that something happened. It was just such a bad experience. I'm I And then the guy from Angie's List, he had I mean the guy from Angie's List, the guy that his father told me, if you You need me to go during the week and like patch the holes. I'll pass the holes. He was making it seem like it's not a big deal. The TV is going to be behind it. I don't care that the TV is going to be behind it and hide it. I'm renting This place, you know, and I just moved in, and you're putting all these holes on the wall. Like, you know, when I leave this place, like, I'm not trying to Leave this place with all these holes on the wall. I just needed my TV up. That's in it.

I purchased two awnings from homedepot and was looking for an installer. Ivan and his team-mate did a good job in taking down my existing awnings and replacing them with the new ones I had purchased. They were even accommodating when I wanted to sand and paint the underlying wood to which one of the awnings was going to be mounted; while they worked on the other awning. There were a few hiccups of not having the right size drillbit and tools since the awnings were atypical. But, Ivan managed to find the parts at ace and with some help from my neighbor, all was well! The new awnings look great!

Ivan and his team did an excellent job on my bath remodeling. Ivan and team were polite, professional and always prompt. I found Ivan to be very experienced, knowledgable and resourceful contractor. He listen to what we wanted for this project and did an excellent job interpertating our vision. The bath remodeling was completed on time and looks fabulous very pleased with his communication keeping us informed as job progress plus his attention to detail and excellent quality workmanship. Ivan was absolutely great will definately contact for all future projects.

It started off great! Half way through the job a shift occurred with the quality of the work. He didn’t use skilled workers and didn’t adjust the price when less work was required to complete the job. Also a receipt was requested when the job was done and it was never received. Ivan was knowledgeable but not his workers and overall the workmanship of the project was barely fair. I will not be using him again.

It went well and better than expected

I highly recommend Ivan. We hired him to replace our front stairs. He did such a great job that we hired him to update our bathroom. He kept us informed every step of the way and was able to fix numerous issues so that our bathroom looks great.

It went perfectly. Ivan and his team delivered what he said and it turned out better than we expected. He didn’t cut corners and made suggestions to make it better. We had a unique project. We had a deck above our front door rebuilt but the contractor did not finish the work underneath. We needed a ceiling put in, trim and a wood-box outline to complete the look. He also painted it. It was a two day project. They cleaned up nicely. Up to the start date, Ivan would text me with updates as to where we were on his list. I appreciated the constant contact.
