They showed up a day earlier than expected (a good thing) and removed all of the leaves in my yard, including in flower beds. They did a great job!

Nicely, good job

This is a follow up to my review of 12/1/2018. Kyle did get back with me about the service I had requested. He said they had very behind on their schedule due to the very cold and mostly wet weather we have been having. Unusual for this time of year, I told him I would still like to have the work done and he sent a crew the next day. They did a very good job of cleaning up the leaves and moved them to the curb. He came with a crew the next day and hauled them away. I would hire again

Kyle and his crew probably did the best cleanup we've had in the 17 years we've lived here. We will definitely be calling Ivanoff again. He listened well and offered suggestions as we walked the property planning the work. The crew completed the job as expected and in a timely manner, especially considering the weather wasn't giving them any breaks. Gotta love central Ohio in the fall. The deal was $175 for two man-hours of work. We knew everything couldn't be done in just two hours and told Kyle we were willing to pay for additional time and services. When we got his invoice, the only sticker shock we had was how very reasonable and affordable the final cost was! Clean up included cutting back shrubs and perennials (most needed major pruning), removing annuals, and leaf removal (we have around seven pin oaks, a willow, a river birch, a ginkgo, a magnolia and a sycamore - lots of leaves). The attached pictures speak for themselves, especially the before and after of the side of the garage. One final note: we're a naturist household and Ivanoff had no concerns with how we live. Acceptance of naturism is very important to us when choosing service providers. If they can't deal, they don't get the job.

We've been loyal customers of Ivanoff for two years now and couldn't be happier. My parents had worked with Kyle and his team for several seasons and when we bought our house, I knew we'd need a company that is dependable, does quality work, takes pride in their workmanship and is reasonably priced, so my parents connected us with Ivanoff. Ivanoff fulfilled all of those characteristics and continues to exceed our expectations on a weekly basis. We get compliments on our lawn and our entire property from neighbors, friends and complete passers-by. Ivanoff performs weekly mowing services, has done fall clean-up and has removed some dead plants for us. We highly recommend Kyle and his whole Ivanoff team!

Went as planned. I needed extra mulch and they charged me the amount that was listed in the advertisement. They were on time and no problem at all.

I read the good and bad reviews, so I was a bit hesitant. However, Kyle and his team are great! They showed up on time...reviewed the mulching areas with my wife and got the job done. They were very "clean" with their mulching and swept up after themselves. My wife also thought they were very professional. Yes, they are a small company, so they aren't the fastest to respond. Generally, I'd get a response back via email in 48hrs. However, in my opinion, their price and quality of work cannot be beat. I will definitely be hiring them again.

Am very pleased with the service which started in April. Kyle has been **** a fine and professional job with the weeding/trimming/mulching and mowing.

After we were done playing phone tag, they arrived on time and did a great job. They also cleaned up any mulch on the sidewalk.

The owner and one worker arrived 15 minutes late. They worked steadily, including a couple breaks and seemed to finish early. I checked their work. They didn't remove any of the weeds around the trees before they put the mulch down, so this spring I have a ton of weeds popping through the mulch. The owner also told me after he finished that he could have but commercial weed preventer under the mulch (a little to late). They left 20 minutes early.
