Paul was a pleaser to work with .. very quick at getting report back and was willing to explain the report after the inspection

I am buying a home and wanted an inspection done. The Realtor gave me 3 different companies to choose from in the area I am trying to buy in. I contacted Paul first, based upon his business card. During our initial conversation, I gained confidence in him and asked him if he could perform the inspection. Within 4 days, the inspection was completed and on day 5 I received the report. The report was so easy to understand and included pictures of the areas he found possible concerns. He was available to discuss the report with us if we had any quesitions. Very professional. I would recommend him for your home inspecdtions.

Paul was very thorough in his inspection of the 50 year old farmhouse we intend to purchase. According to the current owner, "he opened every cabinet door & flipped every light switch". Following his inspection, we promptly received a detailed report with pictures & videos as well as suggested interventions. After we reviewed the report, Paul spent 20 minutes on the phone with us going over everything we had questions about & helping us prioritize repair requests. We were also able to generate a repair request report with just a few clicks to submit to our realtor. I cannot say enough good things about Paul & his work. We feel very confident moving forward with the purchase of our farmhouse.

I really didn't know nothing about inspections but I watch this guy on YouTube does the same thing Paul does after looking at this inspection I can really tell Paul nobody was doing glad I hired him glad I spent the money that house had a lot of problems didn't look safe to me I 100% recommend Paul he's a real good inspector all I can really say is wow that glad I hired him ps. you need to make more room than five stars Paul needs about a million. house a real mess
