<p>The sales staff were very helpful, especially Sarah. Good communication prior to the install. Day of install went exactly as planned!</p> <p>Showed up on time, introduced themselves, scoped out the job and got right to it. They were friendly and polite. Upon completion they vacuumed and did a walk thru with me. They gathered their tools and removed all the small left over pieces of padding and carpet. At the end of the day they left no trace they were there working. The whole process went very good. The sales people understood exactly what I wanted, another store tried to sell me an alternative type of carpet. They gave me an approximate price in the store, then sent out an individual to verify, and it came pretty close. The installers did a good job as well. The only issue I had was that they missed a closet in one of the bedrooms. It was partially my fault because I wasn't clear about including the closet, although I drew it on my original drawing and measurements. I then went to the store, and explained what happened, and the saleslady had a piece of carpet cut and gave it to me with no charge. I thought this is a good business to deal with. <br />

I think I paid $2000 for the kitchen floor and $3000 for carpeting the rest of the house. They were really helpful. They spent a lot of time with me going through the different products and providing advice. They’re probably not the best in terms of price but they have a decent price. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They were flexible about installation scheduling. They even left the house for three hours so a squeaky bedroom floor could be repaired. They vacuumed and cleaned up after installation. Very responsible installation crew. <br />

They came out and made a detailed measurements prior to the estimate. The quality of the products was very good. I went to several places to look at product quality. <br /> <br /> The installer was very professional and kept the mess to a minimum by tearing out only what he could replace in the day.We could therefore use the house during installation with minimum of upset.

Salesperson greeted me at the store and assisted with carpet selections. She allowed me to take samples home to look at in the lighting of my home. Once I decided, she was helpful to write up the order and schedule measuring date. Serviceman came on time to measure my living room and staircase. Once the carpet was received, my sales person scheduled the appointment for installation. The installers came on time, moved the heavier furniture, removed old carpet and installed the new within 4 hours. They were very professional. All personnel were professional and friendly. Cost was a bit pricey, but it was worth it for quality and professionalism. I highly recommend this business.

The entire experience was pleasant from meeting with Mary Ann in the showroom, to having Bob out to measure for the carpeting and the installation. We were able to bring home the carpet sample twice before purchasing.
