Water Feature - Install a Pond
I hired Jack Brawney to build a watering system for my home because I have water pump out of my basement and I wanted to use that water to water half an acre of my property and I needed a system that allowed me to redirect water if I had overflow 750 gallons of water so I designed a system that he swore he could complete. What he did instead was create a little pond at the top of my front yard that was 150 gallons of water lined with stones and within three days the hole thing filled up with green algae. I did not accommodate the amount of water that was produced in my front yard it was between 10 and 12 times a day I have a hundred gallons of water pumped out of my basement. There was no easy way to access certain parts of my yard as well. Do not have this man do any water feature in your home, he cannot fulfill any promise he gives you and he'll go over your back. He also ripped out all of my drip irrigation and all of my mulch and weed fabric out of the front yard and we had to replace all of it.

We absolutely love the work that Jack Brawney LLC accomplished for us. They assisted in finding an asphalt company to pave our driveway, successfully resolved our drainage issues, and beautifully landscaped our circular driveway! Not only did they do all of that but they did it quickly and efficiently! One of the only contractors we’ve worked with who kept to the schedule they promised! Would hire again and soon!
