The young ladies were quiet, pleasant, spoke english and worked diligently. .... No blabbing on the phone or to each other.... They use the correct products for each surface. I haven't been able to find a cleaning service which did such a thorough job until now. I will say that when my husband walked in, he immediately noticed that a large portion of the top grand piano had been missed. In their defense, when the light is a certain way, it can be difficult to see what was dusted and what wasn't on that piano. I am extremely fastidious and was more concerned with kitchen, bathrooms, floors etc. A soft cloth is kept in the piano seat to easily swipe it. The rest of the cleaning is not so easy to do! Luis came over the same day that I called to provide an estimate. He came in with bootie covers on, which was much appreciated. He walked through the entire house to see what needed to be done, explaining all along the way what the cleaning crew would do and the type of cleaners they would use. In addition to the house cleaning, we also had him quote upholstery cleaning of a three piece sectional and window washing interior/exterior of all the windows and three sliding glass doors. A three-person crew showed up to do the job, they were thorough and the house is sparkling clean! No dust in sight. Even above the door trim is completely dust free!

Luis and his team showed on time, actually a bit early. They brought the people I requested. I chose to have 3 people for two hours. It was 3 people and Luis for two hours or a bit over. Luis walked through to find exactly what I wanted and took notes, I appreciated that! They cleaned the entire time, all of them. They did everything I asked for! I've had house cleaning services throughout the years when I lived in my own home. No one has ever listened more closely nor completely satisfied me like they did before! It is a bold statement. I believe most all tried in the past, but Luis taking notes and clarifying if he wasn't sure what I meant, I think made all of the difference! We are going to keep Jacklen's Maid service with Luis and his team. I look forward to working with them in the future. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I would not have them again. When I signed up for the regular service with them, it was agreed that I would pay a certain amount. They said the price would go down if it takes a little longer. The payment never went down. One of the girls was actually starting her own business having a cleaning service. She offered me a deal and she was really good. I had a couple of different people come to clean. They weren't all that good. The one who's starting her own business was good so I want to stick with her. When I called to cancel my service, he started telling me all these things about another company. He sounded mad. That's where the unprofessionalism came from. That's why I wouldn't hire them again.
