My central air conditioning stopped working on a Sunday night just a few days before I was leaving on vacation. I received a return phone call within minutes and an appointment scheduled for the next day. The technician was there promptly at the scheduled time, quickly diagnosed the problem (low refrigerant causing a safety shut off), and made the repair. He also suggested cleaning the interior of the condenser (13 years old, never done). I agreed and now I hope I will get a few more years out of the unit. I am so grateful for the very fast response time and successful resolution, so I can go on vacation with peace of mind.

Tyler from Jack Frost was very professional and thorough. He went over options of standard and high-efficiency units. He was also the one who did the installation along with one partner. They did excellent work and gave me a great price. I would highly recommend them. I had a 75k BTU 80% efficient furnace and a 13 seer 3-ton AC installed.

These guys are great! I had a baseboard and boiler problem caused by a leaking pipe under a concrete slab. Tom Sr., Tom Jr., and Tyler came within hours of me contacting them, assessed the problem, made the necessary repairs, and cleaned up after they were done.
