Moved into a new home with a gas fireplace that was not working. They answered my call quickly and got the fireplace working and showed me how to operate it. Thomas took time to fully explain things to me. Great communication. I highly recommend them.

Very quick call from them to schedule a repair date and time. The techs arrived very early which worked out well and explained what they would accomplish. They would try, and did, save the cap that flew off in a violent windstorm which saved us some money. They were very quick and friendly.

We have used Jack Pixley Sweeps annually for decades because they are so good in every way. This goes from communications about scheduling all the way to the final in-person and emailed report showing before and after video results and details. This year was especially notable because Matt was again on time in spite of the heavy rain and he was willing to go above and beyond in that situation & cleaned our dryer vent in addition to the regular work. Super nice guys, really efficient and knowledgable. Honestly told us what needs to be addressed now and what can wait. Plus, they loved my dogs and left our living room spotless. Office folks are great too, very responsive. I'll hire them again for sure next year!

Great! Caleb cleaned the stove, took the stove pipe apart and took it outside to clean it. He replaced a cracked brick in the stove. He discovered the stove pipe cap was missing. He inspected the flue and the outside assembly. He took before and after pictures of everything. He showed me his findings through every step of the process. Within an hour after he left he sent me an estimate for the replacement cost of the stove pipe cap. He was thorough, professional, friendly, and fast. I was so impressed!
