It went great.  Provider came out, removed old unit without difficulty, installed new unit without difficulty, installed new thermostat, and we have a new unit with a great warranty.  We liked the service we were provided, they were professional in their work, and would definitely would recommend to others. <br />

They were extremely professional and were willing to work with my schedule.

The first crew that came out removed the old (and poorly designed and installed) ductwork. In doing so, they made additional problems for the installers later on by removing the boots from the registers. However, they were very friendly and professional, and were very careful ot to damage walls when carrying these big sections of ductwork out of the house. The installers, Freddy and Wayne, were top notch: They really knew their stuff, and they were hard workers. They were also a pleasure to have around the house because they were so kind and respectful. (One small complaint: Freddy and Wayne never wore the booties to cover their shoes when coming and going from outside; all other JHA personnel did.) The electrician and carpenter that came also did superior work. Though the work took longer than expected (largely due to errors in the tear-out phase), the price remained as quoted. Now our upstairs has been adequately and evenly cool since then, a first in four years in the house. Well done, fellas!

As has been my experience since the very first service call in May of 2011, the technician arrived on time.  He is curteous, wears shoe covers to protect my wood flooring, knowledgeable and friendly.  During last year's service call, he told me about their 'Silver Plan' membership and this year I enrolled.  Less than $12 per month gives me 2 inspection calls to keep my unit in order for the summer heat and the winter coldness, discounts on services outside of routine servicing twice yearly and if I have any problems, I just call and he will be out asap.  This company employs techs who truly know their business trade, educated, background checked and are very personable while maintaining professionalism.  I am so very pleased with Jackson Heating and Air Conditioning and I highly recommend this company. <br />

They repaired my A/C in a timely, professional way.

It went very good.  Our serviceman was very nice and polite and conscientious about cleanliness.  He even put bottles on his shoes.  I think he was very professional and knowledgeable.

I have used this company several times to purchase, repair, conduct seasonal maintenance on two home air conditioners.  They have always been very courteous and fair.  Whenever I had questions, they were answered in detail and satisfactority.  They are careful in what they do and ensure no damage is done as they perform their work.  They clean up prior to leaving my jobsite once the job is completed.  I have only had one issue during the installation of one unit and it was immediately resolved to my satisfaction. <br />

Because of complications with previous customer that day..service man was 2+Hours late for eta. Service man was very professional, helpfull, & knowledgeable. He temporarily fixed the problem and provided an estimate to fix the problem. <br />

Had 2 different service techs come out and look at our furnace. The first one came out and ran a bunch of tests and got it working without having to replace anything. He told us that he had no idea how long it would work but that if they had to come back out there would be no initial service charge. He knew exactly what part was probably faulty so he gave us an estimate if it completely failed in the future. Sure enough the next day it completely failed and they had another service tech out within a couple hours. He had the part replaced and the heat running in about an hour. Both were very professional and gave me a very accurate quote. I will definitely use them again if needed. <br />

Excellent service arrived about 1 hour after my problem call had to go net the part but was back shortly & explained everything he was doing.

Jackson Heating & Air, located in Jackson, Tennessee, was called on 10/04/2012 for a 'winter checkup' of our HVAC heating unit after some work on our neighborhood's gas pipelines had shut off our service for a few hours.  The utility crew came to relight pilot lights and do a general service check on our gas appliances and found that our heater would fire up, but would not fully come on line.  I was encouraged to call our servicer for assistance.  I was pleased when I was scheduled for a next day appointment with Jackson Heating & Air.  The technician that came to our home was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.  He checked out several things that could have been the cause of our unit not fully coming on.  Afterwards, he got into the unit itself and, unfortunately, found two small dead birds that had apparently come down our 'flue' chimney -- probably trying to find a nesting spot and couldn't get back up the 20+ foot tall chimney, and was caught in the revolving fan assembly.  After our intial shock of this discovery, I got a plastic bag for the two birds and the technician carefully removed them from the fan unit.  He checked the assembly and all connections for any damage.  Since the assembly was seized prior to the removal of the birds, I chose to have another assembly installed.  My unit is still under warranty so our cost did not include the replacement price of the unit.  The technician took the fan assembly unit out and left to get a new replacement.  He was gone maybe 20 minutes, no longer.  He installed the assembly, checked everything again inside the unit before closing it up, came into our living areas and made sure that heat was entering through all of the registers (our unit is in our basement).  Everything was taken care of in less than 2 hours.  This company is number 1 with our household!  This company is professional yet friendly.  All technicians are professionally trained, drug tested and criminal background checked.  They wear shoe covers to protect your flooring, and have friendly personalities -- no vulgar attitudes.  They treat your home as your home and treat you with respect.  This company has an updated, very user friendly website, monthly specials and printable service coupons.  They offer several membership programs that are very affordable -- and in today's economy that is a plus for anyone on a tight budget from elderly fixed incomes to growing families. First off the guy showed up about 15 minutes early. He said his other calls had been going well and he was a little ahead of schedule. Went straight to work and diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes. Replaced the defective part, made sure the unit was working correctly and finished putting everything back together. <br />

Since moving into our home in December 2010, we had not had the A/C unit inspected thoroughly.  The unit came on, so we didn't worry about it until the 90+ degree weather hit our area a few months too early.  After an hour of having the unit on, I noticed that not once did the outside fan unit come on. I knew that I needed a technician for this.  I came to Angie's list and didn't find many service providers in my area.  Afterwards, I did some online searching and found Jackson Heating and Air Conditiong, Inc.'s website.  I was attracted to this company for a few reasons.  There is an actual human person on the other end of the phone, night or day, during hours & after hours; billing by the job, not the hour and with my husband away from home most of the M-F work week, having all of their technicians professionally trained, drug tested and criminal background checked is very important to my husband and myself.  They have an email option to schedule an appointment and I chose that method for contact.  Their website is informational and the site has been well made for user navigation, so you can find the information that you are looking for easily.  The next morning I had not heard from this company via email confirmation for an appointment, so I called.  The customer service associate that I spoke to is friendly and very helpful in getting service to the customer.  She scheduled me in for an early afternoon appointment that same day!  This is not the type of service that you get in most urban areas, especially when the services are at a high demand because of extremely high temperatures (or low temperatures, for that matter).  I also received a phone call from this company a few hours later as the appointment emails were being handled.  What a refreshing way to conduct a business!  Getting your services out to customers, even new customers, actually caring about the quality of your work and the professionalism of each employee's contact with their customers.  My technician was prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.  He inspected both units (heat and air) thoroughly, didn't mind explaining to me the condition of the units and how they should work together, explained to me about the pricing (which was told to me earlier when I had called that morning) which is as their website stated - "straightforward pricing".  By 3 p.m., my cats weren't melted to the floor anymore and in just a short period of time, my heat related headace that I had had for a few days finally went away.  They have a flat rate for diagnostics, repairs are priced according to groupings of complexity / cost of parts & time, and on the invoice it is right there in print.  None of this "well, let me see here..." , making you wonder if because your eyes are brown and not blue the price will go up!  They also offer a Member's Club which has a 3-level work / parts tier system that  is very reasonable priced monthly for all that they cover (which is alot!) for bi-annual maintenance servicing / inspection that reduces the homeowner's annual upkeep costs and stress levels.  I waited to post this company on Angie's list to see how the unit would perform after the servicing to see 'the proof in the pudding' -- did the technician's assesment of what was needed to get the cool air going correct???  We have not had any issue with the unit whatsoever, so the assessment and servicing was spot on in getting this house cool!  Jackson Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is a company that is unique and well worth checking out in the Jackson, TN service area for your heating and cooling needs.  I am very, very impressed with this company's work ethics, pricing and services!  Highly recommended.  We are cool, satisfied, will-be returning customers to Jackson Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. !!!!!!
