Making too many excused why pool water isn't correct.

The tile grout in my pool was moldy and cracking. Two people came out and drained pool, removed the old grout, re-grouted the tile, acid washed the pool, and started my hose to refill the pool. This all went well, on schedule, and looked great. They told me that they had to replace one of my main drain covers because it was cracked. They used the drain cover from my spa to replace the one in the main drain because they would not have a cover until the next day and they wanted the pool to start filling. The logic was that it would be easier to replace the drain cover in the spa once the pool had started filling. Nobody showed up to replace the spa drain cover until three days later, however someone did show up to put start-up chemicals into the pool. (They never came to check the chemical balance in the pool. I had to do that myself.) <br /> Then the fun began. The next day I put my automatic vacuum into the pool and, as soon as it hit the main drain cover that they had replaced, the cover dislodged and moved away from the drain. Without going into all the details it took a full three months and at least a dozen visits or more for them to properly fix the cover. ( I hope it's properly fixed now.) They tried epoxying the screws in place, I got excuses like "our underwater drill died," and they never showed up on the day or at the time that they promised to attempt the next fix. I also had to call their office numerous times and I seldom got a call-back. <br /> I've been dealing with contractors of one kind or another for many years and this is absolutely the worst experience I've had. I would not recommend this company to anyone <br />

They did everything as agreed. They showed up on time and did all the work and cleanup.  Everything was great. <br />

As a pool manger for a HOA this is the best pool service I have ever dealt with in Ft Myers Fl area <br />

He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond. He did everything he was supposed to do, it was nice not to feel like I needed to check afterwards. I feel that he did a very good job and will be happy to use them in the future. I highly recommend them. They have re-grouted around my tile lines before and that was an excellent job as well. That job was about $1500.

A bit of lack of communication to get the project started.   The work was completed and they were very courteous.  I am just upset that they had an additional charge for paying their bill with a credit card.  I am not certain that is even legal?

Not exactly sure what they did other than change a valve on my pool system. I kind of got the feeling that I was being pushed toward more service. I got THIS particular deal from one of your "hot deals". What a monkey of a company. I got this deal mixed up with another (i.e. I thought I already paid for their service)Anyways, when it was time to settle up, I told the tech what I thought was true, that I already paid for this service. The tech wasn't aware of any kind of arrangement, but politely called the company to see what was up. He was told, "we have no affiliation with ANGIES LIST whatsoever." So I wrote him a check, he asked me if I wanted his company to send someone else out to take care of my pool (which had green water). I told him............no. Why in the h*** would I want somebody else there from his company, to sell me a service or product, that I had no idea if I needed or not? My pool has a leak I believe. THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT HE WOULD FIX!!! My pool still leaks and I am not impressed by this company. Btw Angie, I saw you on 60 MIN. Congrats on your successes. Go get them ANGIE!

GREAT!!! Arrived on time and cleaned the pool and left it sparkling; after he explained all the steps he was going to do to keep it clean.  Very polite and prompt.
