Phillip and his crew did an amazing job repairing our pool enclosure screen that was damaged by Hurricane Helene. We had some significant tears and rips on a total of 15 panels caused by flying debris. I was very pleased and highly recommend them. We requested that the screens be cleared of debris.

A pool enclosure at my rental property needed a complete rescreening and Philip Hamm’s price was competitive but his timeline to start and complete the job was the selling point. Most companies where over a month out or more, or didn’t call back for weeks. Philip was very responsive and easy to work with since I don’t live in the area. I wasn’t there to attest to the actual process or professionalism but when I asked to meet before paying to discuss some gaps I noticed upon completion and inspection, Philip worked with me on my timeframe so I could get to the property and explained in detail the issues with rescreening old enclosure frames. Might be something to disclose with customers up front so they know what to expect. All in all, a good experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to call on Jacksonville Screen again.

I have used Phillip several times for screen panel replacement. First time for a full re-screen. He came out for the review and offered a few options. I went with a full re-screen. Phillip and his team should up on time for the agreed date. The team was communicative, and cleaned up, even skimming the pool. Excellent quality - great rates!

Great price, excellent service, done on time and Phil and his team went above and beyond! Would highly recommend him for any work you need done! His quote came in about $600 below two others and his performance was about 5 stars better!

Service was really good. They were $200 less than the 3 other estimates that I received. They were able to do my project 2 days after I confirmed with them that I wanted them to do the project. They set a time to arrive at 8 in the morning and actually arrived at 7:30 AM. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

I talked to Philip on the phone and he came out later that day to do an estimate, which he provided on the spot after looking at what I needed done. Then he came out just a few days later and did the work himself. The results were fantastic, timely, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this company.

Service and work performed was great. I contacted Philip and received a call back and a home visit for an estimate on the same day. I had received two other estimates and his was the best. I had contracted with one of the other screen companies to do the work but they never showed up, never called and still haven't contacted me to this date. Philip was timely in starting the job just as he promised. His associate was DJ who appeared very competent also. Job was completed quickly and professionally. Didn't attempt to upsell me on anything and pointed out several areas I should look out for in the future. I will use Philip and Jacksonville Screen for any similar work in the future. Highly recommended.

Contacted Jacksonville Screen to get a quote on screen replacement for our Lanai & Pool enclosure. Philip came out and gave us an acceptable quote. We were going out of town so we scheduled the job for a couple of weeks in the future. When we returned, he came when scheduled and did a nice job for us. He was courteous and professional, I would certainly hire him again.

I believe in customer service after the work is done. They started placing the screen around the patio, there were no screen dividers added at all. Owner gave me some kind of excuse about the customer has to request dividers. He also stated that I could not get a screen darker than this charcoal screen I have, which by the way is **** near see through. Tried to call Phillip- the owner to discuss the issues and just like I stated, once the check is cashed, they dont respond. It's hard to find decent contractors to do work for you here. I would never use this company again or refer them to anyone !!!!

I built a job for your next door neighbor. You liked the quality of work and the completed job so you called contacted me. We set an appointment to meet. I was on time. We discussed the work to be done, material and screen to be used. You and I and set a date to install. I started the day and time agreed on. Built the room exactly how we discussed and agreed upon. Only after the building process began did you mention you would like to add additional material ..."dividers". At that point I explained we would have to order additional material to complete the job. I explained to you the additional "dividers weren't necessary for such a small area and you told me to proceed with the work. When we finished you were happy.. shook my hand and gave me a check. You said everything looked great. Only after the job was complete did you ask about a darker screen. I explained my company only carries two types of screen. I never told you there wasn't darker screen available. I recommended Home Depot for a wide variety of colors and disigns to choose from. I even recommended hanging blinds to help shade the area. That is the last time I heard from you. I assumed that you found something that worked and didn't need my assistance anymore. My apologies for not following up. I selected this provider based on his A listing with Angie's List, the almost universally good reviews from other customers, and the direct involvement of the owner. Our job was handled well from start to finish. First, I called and left a message that I was interested in a quote. Philip called back within a couple of hours and we set up an appointment for the next morning. He arrived on time, reviewed what we wanted done, provided a couple of options, and gave us quotes for each. We had originally planned to replace only 8 damaged panels but decided to do all 14 based on the practicality and economy of doing the complete job. We scheduled it for the very next day. Again, Philip and his co-worker arrived on time and got right to work. The job was completed in about 4 hours. The new screens look great and the new doors are a big improvement.

Wonderful job!!! Very prompt; actually arrived on time. We had problems in the past with screen companies returning our call or never showing up to give us an estimate. Not Jacksonville screen!!! Mr. Hamm came to give me an estimate on the day he told me he would be at my house. Showed up exactly on time the next day to do the replacement screening.

Replaced all the screens and the door hardware. He arrived on schedule for the estimate and on the day of installation. The final cost was exactly what he estimated and the price was very fair. It was a small job and the owner did the work himself. He arrived on time, did the job, cleaned up and was done in 2 hours. Phil takes pride in the quality of his work and the reputation of his company, and it shows. The screens are all very tight with no sag. Very pleased with the results.

Phillip Hamm was honest, courteous and professional when providing us with the quote. He didn't try to pressure us to replace all our screen panels as another contractor did. We decided to go with Jacksonville Screen Inc. even though we had to wait a few weeks to have the panels replaced. It was worth the wait. They came on time, replaced my panels, put my plants back in their original spots and cleaned the area. He's busy for a reason, folks - he's that good. We highly recommend using this company.

Mr. Hamm is the best in Jacksonville. his prices are fair, and he does phenomenal work. He re-screened my entire enclosure after Irma damaged it... he and his associate completed the job in one day. I highly recommend Jacksonville Screen Inc, and will always call on Philip for all my screened enclosure needs.
