On 7-29-2021 I put a post out on my local FB Community Page. Dan Sizemore with Jacobs Mechanical responded to my post and direct messaged me via FB Messenger. The fan on my external AC unit was not engaging and the temperature in my home had reached a stuffy 81 degrees. My fiancé and I have an eleven month old daughter who is in a Spica cast (essential a body cast from her chest to her toes) so it is critical to keep her cool. We had to camp her out in our basement the night before in her pack and play instead of her bedroom due to the rising temperature and her tendency to sweat. I was unable to call the office to set the appointment because I was on a four hour conference call I couldn't break away from. Using the unconventional methods of scheduling between FB Messenger and work emails Dan was able to coordinate his technician to arrive within minutes of when my conference call ended. Aaron, The Jacobs Mechanical technician showed up, assessed my problem and dove into fixing it. He was extremely thorough, explained what he was doing, showed me why it was failing and once maintenance was completed and he verified everything was functional and back together, left without a trace of ever being at my home. The effort made my Dan and his team to shift their appointments around due to my unique situation and prioritize my request on top of his teams professionalism and cleanliness has made Jacobs Mechanical my preferred HVAC Contractor. Jacobs mechanical epitomizes professionalism, cleanliness, product knowledge and most importantly they show up on time and are eager to get the job done and get you back on track. I would urge anyone who is having any HVAC issues to reach out to Jacobs and speak to Dan.

Matt was exceptional in his overall knowledge, installation and coordination of my project. He was friendly, informative with fast responses and great follow through. We switched from propane heating to natural gas which Indiana required a plumber's line test and us needing other new appliances at the same time. Matt was instrumental in partnering with my plumber and others during this major switch. I am so thankful to have found him and highly recommend Jacobs because of his talents.
