i first contacted Jacobs roofing 9/8/15, he advised me that it was not his fault that the roof was not inspected and that it would cost me an additional 300.00 to have his engineer inspect the roof. I have tried to contact him numerous times in the past 4 months without success. <br />

Francis showed up on time,checked out the leak, and explained what was causing it; along <br /> with a photo of the problem. <br /> He was very professional and gave me some good info on my roof situation. <br /> I would definitely use him again. <br />

Done in two days instead of the expected three.  The owner was on site at 5am the first day to make sure he could place the trash trailer in place as soon as we left for work, and was very approachable when questioned arose.  Weather delays were the only issue with regard to the crew showing up to do the work, but once they started they kept working until the job was done.  The end result was A BEAUTIFUL roof under which we feel very comfortable.  They even made sure there were no holes to allow squirrel access by blocking any they found.  We will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to replace and/or repair their roof. <br />

I talked to two different roofers and elected to go with Jacobs primarily because of a confidence level I got.  He and his crew did a great job in just a few hours.  I waited to post this review until the repair was put to the test.  Since the repair we have had several downpours and no leaks.  Would highly recommend him and I will certainly call him when it is time to replace the whole roof. <br />

He arrived in time to assist in covering the damage with a commercial grade tarp.  Once the rain ceased two days later he removed the tarp and repaired torn and damaged shingles.  He has been my roffer for over25 years.  As a real estate broker I have called upon him numerous time fro re-roofing and roof repairs.  Always responsive and outstanding worksmanship. <br />

They showed up on time, worked hard, did what they said they would do and finished in 2 days. I was pleased with the quality of the work. I worked with Francis the owner and appreciated his honest, down to earth and no pressure conversations. I have no complaints and would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again if the need arises. They require no up front money only payment when work is completed. They have their own crew and do not use sub-contractors. I am pleased and satisfied. <br /> <br />

.This is the second time I have used Francis. He is very honest and his priced are very reasonable. He explains the problem so I can understand an fixes it. When it is time for a new roof, I will definitely use Francis Jacobs. <br />

Found a spot of water on ceiling of my daughters room and called Jacob's roofing to repair roof. He showed up right away the next morning and took some tar on the roof and put it under a few shingles where the leak was and fixed the problem. He was on the roof approximately five minutes and charged $145 and only used a little bit of tar as far as materials were concerned. The bottom line is 5 minutes of labor and tar equaled $145 which I thought was a little steep although he did fix the problem. <br />

<p>1/13/14  Frank Connolly came out around 7:20 am and took a look at the problem.  By 9:00 am his crew were back out at the house fixing it and completed the job by 9:30.  </p> <p><br /></p> <p>Update - January 31st (Friday) went out to garage to find water dripping from the ceiling contacted Frank Connolly. Informed Frank that the repair he did on the 13th of January didn't hold up.  Frank stated he would try and get someone out.  No one showed and no one called so my husband, Mike called Frank back and asked him when he planned on getting someone out and he said Saturday ...well here we are and no one showed nor did anyone call.  We would never recommend this company to anyone.  Seems like once they get your money they are done with you.<br /> <br /> </p>

They did a great, helped with insurance claims. And got the job done.

The job was completed on the days we had scheduled and it was done well. They did not disappear for days like the last roofing group I employed. They took extra care not to leave nails and roofing debris in the shrubbery around the house by tarping them and then thoroughly cleaned up with a magnetic rake.  This was in marked contrast to the first reroofing which was done several years ago by a firm recommended to me by a friend in the roofing material business.  I spent over a year cleaning up nails after they finished. <br /> I cannot compliment the crew from Jacob?s roofing enough.  They were hard working, polite, well organized and skilled in their craft.  Have already had several compliments from the neighbors in how nice the new roof looks.  The owner, Francis Jacob?s had <br /> injured his shoulder earlier but still came to inspect the work on a regular basis.  He was personable and honest.  Even things we discussed verbally but not specifically mentioned in the contract were done and done thoroughly.  I would recommend Jacob?s <br /> roofing without reservation to anyone wanting quality roofing work done at a competitive price. <br />

Excellent  workmanship.  I was very pleased with the outcome.  During the entire job Francis helped me make sure that I made the decisions that would lower my insurance premiums as well.  Very pleased. <br />

We used Jacobs Roofing Inc.  We used them in October.  They were excellent.  We had a tree fall on our house so we had to have immediate repair.  Then he finished the roof, the did half of it and then they finished the rest.  He was here immediately and patched our roof for us that same day.  Then he followed through and set up and did it in a prompt time and replaced the roof.  It cost I believe it was $12,500.00.  My other house had more damage, the water and the boards and it was probably $9500.00, I have a rental house.  But he was excellent.  He was awesome, he was very, very good.

My experience was very pleasant. Francis was personable as well as professional. He explained what I needed and didnt suggest services that was unnecessary as others have in the past. He was prompt for his appointment and didn't waste any time getting the job done. Even though he wasn't able to make the the first appointment he apologized and explained the issue he was having but came out the following day as promised. I will definitely use them again. <br />

He was professional, yet personable ; and the crew <br /> that worked for him were the same. <br /> They re-roofed the whole  house; by first removing the old roof, replacing it with quality materials as proposed in the estimate, cleaning up and removing all old roof and materials from the premises."Would Highly Recommend." <br /> <br /> <br />

Mr. Jacobs made an early morning appointment to accommodate my work schedule, and showed up at 7:15AM as expected.  He seemed very knowledgeable and was able to give me a verbal estimate, but follow-up up in writing via email as he promised.  He <br /> started and completed the job in a timely manner and was very responsive in answering all my questions. <br /> He was the 4th roofer with whom I'd met, but seemed the most knowledgeable about the condition of my roof and the repair strategy.  It has been several months since the repair, and we've had 3 hard rains.  As of this date, there is no evidence that the former leak continues. <br /> I am overwhelmingly satisfied with Mr. Jacob's work and his service.  I would definitely use him again. <br />
