Jacobs Water

They did an excellent job. Did not push for a whole new system and only replaced the parts that were needed to give me a working softener. Was always on time and very professional.

I have used Jacobs Water for two projects, i.e., water softener replacement and water heater replacement. Both times Justin has been great !! He was able to do the work within 2 days after I contacted him and his price was less than half the prices quoted by other contractors. In both cases, I purchased the replacement equipment from a big box store and Justin picked up the equipment directly from the store. Because I live in another state, I conducted all of the business with Justin over the phone and I've had no complaints from my tenants who had the face-to-face contact with him. I highly recommend Jacobs Water.

Every time I contacted Jacobs water, they were friendly and professional. When I was finally able to schedule a water softener to be installed, they scheduled me in quickly. I had probably 5 solicitors from different companies come door to door trying to sell water softeners at a very high price. I found Jacobs water on Angie’s list and when I contacted, they were not pushy at all and let me know they were there whenever I’m ready. Overall I’m very satisfied with the service and would recommend it to anyone.

I had several door knockers trying to sell me a water softener between 3-5 k, so I decided to do some more research and came across Jacobs water. They gave me a price over the phone of 1495 and installed it the next day. The water feels great.

Had several companies out to look at my old system, but they all wanted to sell me new systems. Jacobs water was the only one that offered to fix it and they did. Will use again, great job!
