We agreed on a price and permitting was started. After the permit was approved the old tile roof was removed and dried in over one day. The tile was delivered on a Friday and installed on Monday and Tuesday. Final inspection was completed and the contractors lien signed off. We had a really good experience with JAE Construction.

JAE Construction Group was great...Jason and his crew were always on time, efficient and did a super job. They even came back a week after job was done to check and make sure area was cleared up debris. From start to finish they did a super job!

FYI -- we received 3 quotes and JAE was the best we received. We were amazed at how quick JAE responded to our request for a quote, and even more so with how soon Ryan came to the house to give us a quote and how soon the crew was there to do the job. Ryan was a pleasure to deal with. We are pleased with everything involving JAE, including the results. Thank you Ryan and JAE!

Jason and his crew were professional and finished the job on time. Prior starting the project, Ryan came to our home and explained the process. My husband and I decided on tile roof. We had shingle roof. We're happy with the roof. We got many compliments from our neighbors, family and friends. One of my neighbor asked me for Jason's contact numbers. I would definitely recommend him to others.

I was a little hesitant at first as he is a newer company on Angie's List and didn't have that many reviews, but the ones he had were all excellent, so I gave Jason a call, and it was a the best choice I could have made. He was one of those few contractors who not only had the low bid...but also top-quality work and extremely fast response times. He was able to start before any other contractor I received quotes from, beat all of them on price, always answered his phone or replied to e-mails in short order, and his crews worked quickly and left the worksite as tidy as they found it. I held off on the final review for about a month as we experienced heavy rains and flooding late April and May and I wanted to see how well the new roof held up. It passed with flying colors and looks great. I'm about to sell this house for something larger, and this was a rock-solid investment. Very glad I went Jason and JAE Constructuon.

Jason was very responsive to my inquiry regarding a new roof. His estimate provide all details for each stage of the re-roofing process. I understood exactly what was going to be done and what to expect. Other estimates I had received were one page without much details except price. His team did my roof in the timeframe he quoted. I’m extremely happy with the finished job and would definitely hire his company again.

Showed up when they said they would. Eric stayed on site practically the whole time to overlook production, and even the owner Jason came by a few times to make sure everything was going good and addressed all of my concerns. They also made sure all the roof Debris was cleaned up after the job was complete.(something that is often overlooked)..I would/will definitely use their services again.

Jason was excellent to work with. Although his quote wasn’t the lowest price I chose him because of his great communication and knowledge in the industry. His crew was on site every day and I was pleased with both the quality and timeliness of the job. Professional company, and happy with my new roof!
