Their work is a horrible job They did not fixed my fenced They are so unprofessional They called me several times to fixed my fence but during the appointment they never showed up and my fence is falling apart its not been fixed.

"I look forward to fixing this for her! Needs to be eye pleasing and I can't believe this was done on our company name. I have never had a fence look like or put together this way. To take responsibility for the company and our line of work I would like to fix, repair any and all workmanship so everything is sturdy and done properly. I can not help wood. It was purchased through Lowe's. Labeled as treated pine wood for Fencing. It did end up bowing, badly. I did not treat wood myself and unable to warranty that, only workmanship and to produce a quality fence. I saw the gate (looked bad), some alignments, and workmanship problems with installation. As stated In our contract, I will fully fix those and I apologize for the inconvenience that it has caused. Due to clients request and with warning of etiquette, wanted fence inside out (backwards) and was done so. I can work with Lowe's on some wood with receipts etc but to flip it back around is a whole fence and it creates an entire new project. I don't mind flipping it and installing with face out, and at a lower price but would be nice for client to pay minimum of a portion of supplies that were installed correctly to begin with. Just cement and dump fees etc $750. Client was warned about etiquette and flipping would not be for free as you are removing and Re-installing everything. So, flip and switch for only $750 and fixed review, since she put up with this and had to go out of her way. Or just fix workmanship, gate, alignment and other things noted when we did visit. Fence should not look like that and WILL be done the right way. I want it to make her feel good. That's how our fences are and should make you feel. I sincerely understand and apologize for client going through this."
