John was Awesome!! & Efficient. I used to be a contractor and John does High Quality work. He replaced a broken Anderson Window pane. Much more knowledgeable than others I contacted.

John was excellent in every step of the process of replacing a 2nd story, double pane, ~42.5" x 51", cracked bedroom window. Starting with a timely return phone call to set up an appointment for a quote, and finishing with a great installation of a new window, John kept me informed of the status of things along the way, which I always appreciate as a project is "in process." He let me know when the glass would be ready, when he had available installation times, etc. Jags Glass & Window Repair was excellent, and I would use them again, and also recommend them to friends.

John Gorie was extremely knowledgeable about glass replacement. He was able to successfully work around a few problems he encountered with the removal of the cracked glass (1992 version), and I'm sure it took longer than expected. I was impressed with how carefully he worked (alone, no less), that he cleaned up once work was finished, and I appreciated his keeping me informed of the process both by text and in person. He also worked hard to give me a decent price for the job (and I apologize for my barking dog!) Once the final caulking is done, the door (with the new glass) will look amazing. Thanks, John!

I had the glass in two sidelight windows replaced. He responded quickly to my request for a quote. He was very good at letting me know the timeline in which the glass would be available to be picked up from the dealer and when he would be available to install it. The final cost was a little bit higher than the quote, but that may be because it took him longer to install it since his assistant was not working with him that day. The replaced windows look great, and I couldn't be happier with the results!

I had the company replace a plate glass window as a gift for a work colleague who lives on Detroit's westside. Although it was the holiday season, the window was replaced within a week of the first visit for the price quoted. The job was professionally done. I would not hesitate to use the company again.

Responded promptly to phone calls, showed up when promised, did work efficiently, was patient when i had to postpone work. Glad I chose to work with a small local company instead of a franchise operation. Price was higher than I expected based on earlier reviews but comparable to other firms. Worth the investment as I can see clearly now!

John along with the other guy came the day i called them to give an estimate and through out the whole time he has communicated how long its going to take , take the old frame and get the new glass and out it back. Everything was done in a day. Was right on time. I highly recommend him and would definitely hire him if we have to. Of course i don't want another broken window :) (it was broken when the kids were playing baseball ).
