Jose and his team were great. They came in with the lowest cost for the conversion of our garage to an ADU and did a great job. It took them a while to get started but once they did the pace was quick and we are very happy with the final product. Due to unforeseen complications having to do with our plumbing the final cost was a bit over budget but the communication about it was good. I priced three other contractors and I am glad I went with J.A.K.E. Renovations.

Jose and his team did a great job from drywall to skim coat to painting to clean up. We has a stucco celing in our lower level that was never. I thought they would have to pull the whole celing doun but they skim coated it like old school plasterers and it is smooth and beautiful! Thanks guys! Ill be calling you again!

JAKE took over when we were having a lot of trouble with an insurance provided contractor. I'm so glad we did! The JAKE team was very responsive to everything we needed. We needed to totally replacing the floors on our main level. The were on time, detailed any work to be done and related costs, and did a great job. Since, we had to move out for the work, they kept us informed each day of when they were arriving and leaving the property. Truly glad we found JAKE. We've already recommended to others, and are eager to work with them again when the need (fingers crossed we don't need it right away) in the future.

Jose and team did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem, replacing bad wood, sealing, etc. around both the storm and inside doors, both of which they had to replace. They went above and beyond in assuring my rain gutters were unclogged and not leaking. They gave special attention to the locks that I requested. I highly recommend them for their quality of work as well as professional and educational approach. Their service is the best!

Jose and his team at J.A.K.E Prestige Renovations did a fantastic job on repairing plumbing fixtures in my shower and kitchen. The shower repair required going through drywell which the team repaired and repainted making it look as good as new. I have also used Jose and team for two other projects, bathroom renovations and whole house carpet stretching, which they did a fantastic job. Jose is experienced, professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

AMAZING! I currently reside at 20985! I've used JAKE Prestige for 2 remodeling projects (Bathrooms) We have been so impressed with this work. Jose was great at listening to our plans and was able to anticipate problems or issues and came up with creative solutions to avoid delays. The Projects were completed on time and on budget. His team went out of their way to make sure the work was completed on time. Jose is easy to contact and responds quickly. The Quality of work is superb and we're received many compliments about our bathrooms from family and friends I recommend JAKE for any house projects.

My husband and I hired J.A.K.E. Prestige Renovations to replace a hardwood floor and a bathroom vanity after we bought a condo in Alexandria. The job involved several challenges including navigating and parking on city streets in busy Old Town and a top floor unit at the top of a very steep set of stairs. Nothing was a problem for Jose and his crew, who faced everything with a positive, cheerful, "can do" attitude. Others have praised their work, which is unsurpassed, but we especially appreciated just how easy and yes, fun, it was to wok with Jose. He was a wonderful communicator and so flexible about any changes or problems that arose. He even went out of his way and returned a very heavy double vanity to Home Depot for us on his own time when we had issues with a trucking company picking it up. There are many contractors out there who do great work. He and his team do that, but they also made the process a real joy. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Since 2021 until present, I have hired Jose and his crew to do mulitple jobs (demo/install laminate flooring, install electrical wires/objects) for my house. He always acted professional and was able to complete each project to my satisfaction. If there was an issue with the construction, Jose would give a detailed report on the problem as well as provide multiple solutions to fix it. I would highly recommend them for any future projects and will keep continuing to use them as well.
