It was not satisfactory. The quantity of gravel the contractor brought was not sufficient to cover the agreed area. We agreed that I would pay an additional $50 for more gravel and also $25 for the fence door repair, and he would finish the job on his next week visit. He never did, despite repeated reminders. He would give one reason after another for not coming on committed dates. This happened 3-4 times before I gave up on him and contacting you for a resolution. On a side note, I felt compassionate as his pregnant wife was also working along with him, expecting baby in a week. I volunteered to pay him $50 more than the agreed amount to support.

Andy and his team were excellent to work with! Professional and timely, Andy cleared the jungle that had grown in my large backyard. Now I have a beautiful backyard and garden and I look forward to continue working with Jamaica Landscaping!
