A bit tough to schedule but nice people.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your business. I am sorry you felt we are tough to schedule, but please note that per our email exchange I didn't notice any delays with your scheduling. The sequence of requests by you are as follows- request for a cleaning date from you, which was confirmed by us and then a change to that request by you which was also confirmed and then a change on time by you which was difficult to confirm as schedule at the time was full because of the 4th of July holiday and then your cancellation. We do our best to service and accommodate all of our clients, but we run on a schedule that at times we can change and at times we cannot change like any other business...cable, hair, nails, auto repair, etc. Again, thank you for your business. We hope you understand.
