No job is too big or too small- our factory-trained technicians are skilled, and capable of servicing any brand of heating and air systems. We offer around the clock Emergency Services, and special financing when applicable. When you buy a maintenance agreement from us, our comfort advisors visit your home on a annual or semiannual basis in the off-season to thoroughly clean, check, calibrate and test your HVAC system. Without a hitch. They did everything they said they'd do and then some. They were reliable, showed up on time, kept me informed every step of the way, and cleaned up very we'll after the job of was completed each day. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the work they did for us. I give them my highest recommendation without hesitation or reservation.

We bought our house 18 months ago and needed to replace one of our two HVAC systems before we moved in. James and Son were recommended to us by our real estate agent. They did a great job. This summer we decided to replace the other HVAC and went back to James and Son again. The same as the first time, everything went very smoothly. They were very professional, with excellent customer service. They stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process, and followed up with us after the installation as well. . I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great. I've been using James & Son a couple of years for several pieces of property and have each piece under a maintenance contract. They have fair pricing, they are dependable and on time. They are considerate of their employees, providing pop up tents when having to work in direct sun in the summer. I love working with them.
