Last year Mr. Maxwell's contractor company (J.R.M. & Assoc., Inc.) remodeled our bathroom and replaced two external doors. This week they replaced the shingles on both my house and shed. The workmanship is top notch. Their efficiency is incredible. They began removing the old roofs and had the new shingles on by the end of the day. After the job was complete, they picked up all the nails and loose debris. I had several quotes provided and found that quote provided by J.R.M. & Assoc., Inc. was super competitive. If I have any further work done on my home I will definitely be reaching out to them!

Great family owned local business! My experience with Jim Maxwell and his team have been phenomenal. After interviewing numerous companies & getting many estimates, we chose JRM & Associates to replace our roof and they also built an awning to match the roof. Jim is so knowledgeable, accessible, courteous, reasonably priced, thorough, answered all my questions and just is wonderful to deal with! He was quick to come out to provide an inspection and estimate. He listens to concerns and offers guidance and multiple avenues for solutions that best suits your needs. I recently used JRM and Associates to replace my roof, and they did an outstanding job. The new roof looks beautiful. I was a novice at navigating the insurance claim process, and Jim Maxwell walked me through every step to quickly get the claim approved. He ensured I understood the roofing process, and he was extremely kind and patient to answer questions. The roofing team did a phenomenal job from beginning to end. They were very considerate and respectful of my property and moved a great many items as well as covering areas with tarps to avoid roof debris. The team worked tirelessly over 3 days to complete the job. It was evident they had a process in place for every aspect of the task, and it was amazing to watch. I had a question one evening, and first thing the following morning Juan, the foreman, was there to ensure I got everything answered. JRM'S responsiveness and attention to detail every step of the way sets them way above, in my experience. I was so impressed with them that they will be performing additional work for me very soon. Highly recommend JRM & Associates, LLC for roofing! Jim and his crew just finished replacing my roof, and the entire process was so great. It was the hottest day we had nearly all summer, but the Roofing crew was amazing! A storm was blowing in for the evening and they had it completed and cleaned up within their time constraints. My decking was far more damaged than I had realized, but it did not delay or complicate the job! They were incredibly professional, punctual, and completed the job right on schedule. The new roof looks fantastic. I love the selection of shingles! I got exactly what I wanted - super quick and easy. They did an amazing job cleaning up the yard afterward. I have not found one nail or scrap remaining. No plants were damaged in the process. 10/10 experience!

JRM & Associates replaced our roof and gutters. The workers were diligent and professional in doing their jobs. Despite the excessive heat they had to endure while doing their job, they still got the job done in 2 days time. Jim was very involved with the progress of the work and extremely knowledgeable and courteous. We would highly recommend this company.

We had a remodling project and Maxwell and Associates replaced all windows and dors for us as Phase 1 of our planned renovation. The results are excellent ! we're impressed by the professionalism, quality of materials selected, workmanship and communication. We have already referred this company to friends. We will begin Pahse 2 and we will have Maxwell and Associates back to complete that part of our home renovation. This company actually deserves a 10 Star review.

Both roofers recommended by Angi appeared to be professional very responsive when compared to the other roofers I got quotes from. I chose Jim Maxwell which makes him the best of the best. He did a great job! He anticipated all my questions and was flexible on scheduling the installation around my timeline. His employees were professional and hard working. The roof looks great. I should also note that Jim's price was very competitive when compared to the contractors that were less responsive and less professional. James R Maxwell & Associates has my whole-hearted recommendation.

I highly recommend James R. Maxwell & Associates! Mr. Maxwell is very knowledgeable, professional, and holds to the highest standard of quality and ethics. He is better than any builder that we have previously worked with. Mr. Maxwell's associate, Matt, holds to the same standards. Matt initially started repairing multiple fascia, soffit, and other roof repairs. After he started, he noticed other things that should be addressed. Not to upsell, but simply make me aware to help prevent future issues in a home we recently purchased. No pressure at all. After that, Mr. Maxwell came out to assess the additional work and provide a quote. When Matt finished the initial work, he then rebuilt our chimney, fixed multiple window sills, along with several other things. I really appreciated them making me aware of the other issues and educating me on the proper repair process. They are both true professionals who look out for their clients. Lastly, they needed to use a lift to reach the third story on the high side of our roof. The lift left a few ruts in our yard that they assured me would be repaired. During the clean up, they brought in topsoil, broke up and flattened the ruts, spread a thick coat of grass seed, covered with straw, and repaired a sprinkler. The amount of time and effort Matt put into ensuring our yard was repaired properly, was just like the work performed on our home. I was very impressed. We are very appreciative of Mr. Maxwell and Matt. We look forward to doing business with them again!
