"[Member Name Removed] all, let's tell the whole story here. I've been to your house twice. I have a been speaking with you on a weekly basis. After, 2 months of rain you decided that my schedule was backed up Even though, I obliged you .. Then you made it clear I had one week to install your fence or by Easter. I agreed. Then you fired me on the 31st and demanded a refund in cash not a check. later we agreed to Venmo because I decided your behavior was a bit too aggressive and it would be better for both of us to not meet and I didn't agree to cash... When you send money over Venmo it takes a few business days to go thru to your bank.. I'll stop after this last thought... you should be ashamed of yourself for this review. I offered you a discount because of your situation. And it turns out you are the situation. I can't just throw multiple customers who have been in line and waited patiently for the rain to stop and they spoke with me and trusted I would keep them inform which I did , I can't simply throw them aside for you. What kind of business would I be running if I did that? One that is not helping their community but one that could care less and only bid the highest dollar. If I wasn't a honest guy who tries to help people out I would have stopped you from conversation and let you know that you don't have enough money for this project and I would have declined your offer and never thought another thing about it... And let's be clear, I haven't been dodging you [Member Name Removed]. I have gave you my license. You know exactly where I am. And you can call me anytime if you are worried your refund will not make it too... I am absolutely not worried or trying to hide from you. There's no worries on my end. No hard feeling s but people who do this contractors are absolutely out of line telling half stories like someone stole something for them.
