I found this contractor through Angi.com and couldn't be more pleased with the service and outcome. They got our entire roof done in one day! I was blown away with the quality of the work and the customer service. They cleaned up after themselves very well. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a roof replaced.

I can't even begin to describe what an awful company james and whitney is. They are the worst contractors that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They will not communicate, they will not listen to anything you ask or tell them, they will drag your project out for months, they will fail to get permits, they will fail to schedule inspections,. Their work is shoddy and they will lie and hide mistakes. They have zero customer service or project management ability. I have never been more disappointed in a company in my life. these clowns need to be shut down before they put another family through what they put us through. The worst.

It went incredibly well. I woke up one morning to a leak in my roof. I knew the roof was going to need to be replaced at some point, but I was hoping I'd get another year out of it. The roof was in bad shape when I bought the house. I immediately started calling all of the roofing companies I could find on Google. It was early so I was leaving voicemails. Kasey from James and Whitney was the first and only one to get back to me in a timely manner. He was incredibly helpful on the phone, walking me through how to put a tarp over the impacted area. He even swung by later THAT DAY to check and make sure it was installed properly and to assess the roof. I knew it needed to be replaced so we went right into talking about estimates. The estimate was within my budget but the new roof came with a FIFTY-YEAR WARRANTY for parts and labor. You just can't beat that kind of warranty on an asphalt roof. We were scheduled within a week and I had a brand new, perfectly installed roof within a month. Kasey and his team were super respectful during the installation. When the installation had finished, Kasey inspected every inch of my property to pick up any tiny bits of trash and leave our lawn spotless. The whole process was so easy and stress-free. 10/10 would recommend!

From the initial inquiry onward, I found Janes &Whitney’s representative, Kasey Marster, to be professional, personable, and responsive. He was patient and accommodating as I got my financing arranged, and once that was settled, I had a new roof on both my house and garage within a week. He made sure to communicate daily while the work was being performed and followed up not only directly afterwards, but also months later to make sure no issues had arisen. Truly impressive. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat.
