Great! They came in and did the job quickly. The price was excellent and the walls look so amazing. They even provided me with advice on the best paint to choose because I knew nothing about what kind of finish was best. They fit me in despite having so many other jobs to take care of and they completed the job so quickly. They also socially distanced to the best of their ability and used masks when speaking to us. I will definitely be using them again for any other paint jobs I need done.

Jam Home Services (Jeff & Crew) tackled my condo, it was a mess. They repaired the walls, did lots of sanding and painted my whole condo. A fella at the Benjamin Moore Store referred me to Jam Construction and I couldn’t be happier. My walls look like butter and I look at them everyday and can’t believe how lucky I was to have found Jam. They completed my condo in a week and it was so nice to see such teamwork and laughter. Looking forward to having them back to clean and stain my deck. It’s going to brand new after they get through with it. Thanks again... you do amazing work.

We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. We highly recommend JAM Home Services for anyone with home repair or improvement project needs!

My experience with Jam was nothing but great. Jeff, Will, Shane and Kevin were the best. They were very friendly and personable and did a beautiful job on white walls and dark green trim including bookcases and shutters. I will certainly have them again if needed. We hired JAM Home Services to paint a two story hallway and dining room. They were able to complete the work on an aggressive timeline. They repaired a defective paint job on one of our bedroom doors, free of charge. They are very professional and attentive to what work we needed completed. We asked for additional work and we were able to agree to a price and have it completed on the same day. I would recommend their services due to the quality of the work and ability to adapt and handle a change order and complete the job quickly.

Jeff and team recently painted and performed numerous other home improvement updates on our 1981 ~2400 sq ft house. The paint job is very nice - all walls and trim, house, garage and basement. It was great that they are also able to do painting-related updates ranging from new electrical outlets, closet maid installs, new door hardware, etc. at the same time, and that help show off the freshly painted and updated house. They were also willing to come out and do some smaller touch-up jobs after all our furniture and carpet was installed. The JAM team had done some painting in our old house and when we moved and first needed a basically whole house paint job, we got two painting quotes and decided to go with JAM as the two quotes were very similar and we had enjoyed working with Jeff and team in the past. Thanks team - house looks great!!

Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He was very timely in meeting with me to give a quote and was very knowledgeable with his paint products. He also worked with me on a price that fit in my budget. He was able to fit me in within 2 weeks and he and his other staff finished the project in a day. Jeff paid attention to the small details and even helped me out by mounting a headboard for me. You will not be disappointed if you go with Jeff!

Owner, Jeff was very responsive, professional, and helpful. JAM home services offer the full package. We had two bathrooms and a master bedroom painted, some wall repairs, and new light fixtures installed. All work was done perfectly, I would definitely hire again. The crew was punctual and very friendly. They were very professional, worked diligently, and were careful in our home. Jeff went over what they were going to be doing and how the days would go. The owner, Jeff, responded quickly to my request for an estimate and was very timely with his quote. He arrived as planned on the day the work was to begin and reviewed everything with his team. The crew members were easy to have in my home. They were here two days. When they left the first day they cleaned up so that I didn't have to deal with the mess overnight and returned at the scheduled time the next day. JAM Home Services did an great job helping me get my home ready to sell. They came right on schedule, were punctual, completed their work quickly, and paid great attention to detail.

Jeff Michrina is the owner of JAM Home Services, managing via subcontracting work in paint, flooring, carpentry, kitchens and bathrooms according to his business card. He was prompt in responding to my request for an in-house assessment and quote. He arrived at his appointed time, was friendly, patient and offered an easily understood explanation of his work background & ethic. As we made a walk-through of the house, Jeff made notes and suggested wall repair specifics, scuff sanding of wooden bannisters, color options and best paint for the job (Sherman-Williams super paint). He explained that the paint job would be done by a 3-4 man crew with one person serving as lead. Unlike other company owners, Jeff did not use a computer. His quote was hand-written. Be prepared to wait more than a day or two to obtain a written quote. An additional 4% surcharge is added for credit card only payments as well, according to the written material. On the appointed day, four crew members arrived a bit early, and seemed to huddle before knocking on the front door. It was pretty clear that all four had bonded over the course of working together. We then met Fred (lead) who did the ceiling work, caulking and repairs; Will whose precision in cutting closely around light fixtures and edging was highly valued; David who concentrated on the doors, and wood working; and Matt who was new so painted the garage and basement drywall. When one completed his job, he went on to help another. Each member of the crew was polite, kind and seemed to enjoy working in the group. They worked tirelessly, taking only a 30 minute afternoon lunch. All heavy furniture was moved by them and then replaced. At the end of each day, surfaces were wiped down, floors swept and the areas were cleaned up. Used materials where either returned to the work truck, or bagged and placed neatly in an area for trash pick up. At the end of each day, the lead Fred and I did a walk through inspection of the day's work. Jeff also stopped by each day to talk to the lead, the crew and inspect the job. The entire job was completed in less than half the time that was originally estimated!

Awesome, Jeff was very professional. He was on time for the day of a quote and prompt with his response back to us. Once we accepted the quote he got us scheduled is less than a week! The day of the job...Jeff, Fred, and Will all showed up time. They were all very nice and professional. They did an amazing job prepping the house with tarps and the like to avoid messes. At the end of the day everything looked great and the team did a great job cleaning up. We had a great experience with JAM Home Services and will use them again in the future.

Jeff and his crew were great! There was an issue with the quality of one gallon of paint that we purchased and Jeff took initiative to contact Rep and have it replaced promptly. My Mom was satisfied with the job.
