J and B Services installed a large microwave in my kitchen. Edwin did a fantastic job and knew what to do since we had no studs. I would hire him for anything needed around my home. I was convinced that I needed a new fridge and he would get me a brand new one installed for $1300. He took my old fridge and returned with a USED fridge constantly trying to BS me that it was new just unpackaged, it was missing a deli tray, a door shelf, it was dirty with food parcels, crumbs and stains in the fridge and freezer and it has a dent in the freezer door. He brought me the missing drawers and ordered a new freezer door but it doesn't seal, so there is ice and snow build up every day in the freezer. I've been waiting for over a month for him to return to replace the freezer seal but since I've already paid in full for this defective returned fridge he has yet to fix the problem. I looked at other reviews from this company and this is not the first time he's pulled this stunt, he did this to a woman out in Captiva with a microwave, telling the client that he would replace it with a new one and bringing her a USED one!!!!! I am very unsatisfied and if I'm not compensated for this corruption I will be filing complaints with the BBB, Yelp, Angie's list and FL consumer protection bureau. This is fraud!!!

"This was not the story at all he had a dead refrigerator and needed a new one right away so I went to Lowe’s and purchased one that day just for he can have a working unit for him and his daughter to have to use immediately and that was three months ago if he’s having an issue with the unit he has to contact Lowes or fridgedaire right away so they can address his issue with the unit. Further more I can’t be responsible for a new fridge from a huge box store he has the receipt for this unit he didn’t pay no 1300 he only paid 1.080 for the unit and he was very happy three months ago now he has an issue and now I’m the bad guy come on now let’s get real here. Again I’m not a mean person but the one thing I hate is someone that goes off and bashes an innocent person on something that out of my control I didn’t make the unit I can only buy and give to someone and they have to follow through the channels because after 48 hours Lowes won’t take the unit back he has to go through the proper channels to get a good resolution and I even told him I would help him get the resolution he wants but like I always say I don’t manufacturer or invent anything I’m a consumer as well and I will stand behind what I say about helping him and the microwave comet I’m at a lost because he has the wrong person or company this is and was an isolated incident and it will be resolved one way or the other"

Jean Called and came out right away. Diagnosed the problem quickly and came back the next day to fix it after getting parts. Was expensive. I should have gotten an estimate! Still waiting on a receipt. States will get it to me! Problem fixed though!

"You will have your receipt in the next five minutes and yes there is a warranty for one year on parts and labor on the the boot and the water valve that was priced at 181.00 and the valve at 115.00 plus tax at 7% and shipping was at 15.99 labor was at minimum 175.00 which is pretty cheap manufacture charges double that just keep in mind parts are not expensive nor cheap there is cost involved in each and every repair"

I called at least a dozen refigerator repair companies. IT WAS A SATURDAY AFTERNOON. NONE WOULD COME THAT DAY. They wanted to set up appointments for the next week. Jean Co. Called me back and they were there within 2hrs. Parts needed to be ordered but he fixed my fridge temporarily. He came back Wednesday with the Parts and it's running like a new refigerator. Highly recommend. So friendly, polite and knowledgeable.

Edwin made sure that my wife and I got our dishwasher replaced, pricing was fair and all work was fully finished before we were invoiced. He wanted to make sure we were fully happy before we were billed at all. Absolute professional through and through.
