I was locked out of my house on a Sunday evening. James was there in 30 minutes. He was very nice, knowledgeable and quickly got me back into my home. He also charged a very reasonable fee for emergency weekend assistance. I definitely recommend him.

James came out to our home the same day. I had planned to replace one lock, however our main entry door was just about done. it actually broke before James arrived. James offered to pick up the identical door knob and lock and installed it the same evening. I would highly recommend him. Extremely pleased. Offered excellent customer service and very knowledgeable.
