J&j were so professional they listen to my needs for the security of my home. They suggested what might be the appropriate resolution they were responsive to my questions. I made a decision on what hardware to purchase hardware to purchase. They made an appointment to install. They were on time. They were clean about the work they did. They gave me full instructions on how to operate my security Smart Lock and how to teach people we would be using it in the future. I cannot say enough about the excellence of their work. Jay was fantastic. He installed my Ring doorbell, full Ring security system with window and door sensors, two smart locks, and two Nest thermostats. From start to finish he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. He took the time to make sure everything was installed cleanly and correctly, and most importantly made sure every device was fully set up and working on my phone before he left. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s obvious he takes pride in his work and cares about doing things the right way. Jay was outstanding. We had a surround sound in the house when we bought it but we couldn’t get it to work. Within an hour he had all of the speakers working and everything connected to the receiver. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his trade. We will definitely be calling him back to Instal our backyard surround system.
