Janet and her team provided after-construction clean-up services in my home, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Prior to the job, Janet came by for a walk-through to accurately assess the scope of work, time required, and cost. Her attention to detail and professionalism were immediately evident. Janet clearly takes pride in the quality of service her company delivers. On the day of the clean-up, her team worked tirelessly for several hours, leaving no corner untouched. They cleaned everything—from wiping down walls, deep-cleaning bathrooms, and scrubbing the kitchen (including the microwave!), to making the beds with fresh linens. The end result? The house was absolutely SPOTLESS! If I could give Janet’s Cleaning Service 100 stars, I would! I now use their services on a monthly basis, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!

We’ve used this company for the past 4 years and I can’t say enough good things about the team. They are always professional, hardworking and accommodating to any changes in our schedule. They go above and beyond offering to clean before we come back from vacations, or adding in an additional service after we have maintenance on the house done. They even check before cleaning out any partially full baby bottles in case we still need them and have even checked if we meant to throw out certain items before getting rid of the trash (we were getting rid of lots of pictures at the time). It brings peace of mind knowing they will be here every other week to keep everything tidy. I can’t imagine not having their help on a regular basis. They’re the best!!!

Janet and her team went above and beyond. After recently having brain surgery Janet and her team were considerate of my noise tolerance and fatigue. I originally asked for one room to be cleaned but as they went through my apartment and found some unsafe things, they kept to the price we agreed upon and constantly consulted with me to do additional cleaning. First I paid $800 of the $950 quote. Reason for this is because I had to personally go around to clean things that were half cleaned or not cleaned at all. Janet was very unprofessional. She said “karma is a wonderful thing” “do I have to call my fiancé” (because I was supposedly saying $950 was too high and not agreeing with the amount for the work done because she is a women according to her). $950 is a lot of money, anyone paying that for a deep cleaning for 1200 sqft one floor home would expect close to perfection. My wife came inside the house and walked around (took her shoes off at the door) and walked around. She had debris on her feet. $800 is a lot and I regret evening settling for that and I should have gave less. I believe firmly that I overpaid for this service. I could 100% have gotten a better price from somewhere else and got the same work done and paid 2 times for it and still have been less than what she can charged. This was a horrible experience and I truly hope all of these reviews are real reviews. I felt very uncomfortable dealing with Janet and I really hope this review would open her mind a little as I was very unhappy with the quality of work that she stated was “perfect”. First off no one is perfect and I prepare for imperfections. However this was clear that this job was rushed as your demeanor was get in and get out (rush attitude). This attitude toward the job made the job a higher than subpar definitely not bad but definitely not the best as I expected due to the reviews here. I have 3 pictures posted to basically what’s around the house and what I have to clean even after she went around again - post my complaints. I have my own business and if a customer has a complaint I never combat their complaint. Some things are just common sense as if I know there is something wrong I would bring it up before they even have a chance to complain and offer a remedy for the problem - which is always generous and everyone winds up happy. I appreciate the effort - which would have been enough but the attitude towards it was what mattered. I was very nice and told her I felt uncomfortable bringing it up but I had to suck it up as I said earlier - $950 is a lot of money. Let’s break it down for people who say “they need to be paid a living on wage”. Janet charges $950 - transportation from her house and to here: $100. 2 employees $25 an hour for 5 hours $250. 1 employee for 5 hours next day - $125. Janet takes the rest (she wasn’t there all day the second day) let’s say she did work 10 hours that would equate to $475 or $47.50 an hour for Janet if I paid $950. I paid $800 so let’s say she took home $325 or $32.50 an hour. This is more than fair as the amount of material used was minimal because she and her employees used my shop towels and some chemicals I had. She also texted me after she got paid $800 saying how Karma is this and that and “not to bother her” when she is the one who texted me. It is what it is. Thanks I guess

If you're looking for an incredibly thorough cleaning, look no further! Janet and her team performed miracles. Our house has never been so clean. Four floors of accumulated dust and dirt. They wiped every blind slat, scrubbed every corner, cleaned out the fridge! and cleaned the oven (which hadn't been cleaned in years) among everything else -- their attention to detail is outstanding. This is a serious operation performed by incredibly conscientious cleaners who take real pride in their work. Janet is very communicative and honest. Her quote was reasonable (one of the reasons we went with her) but then when I saw how much work they did, I realize what a bargain it was! I would hire again in a second. I cannot say enough good things about this service and the people who performed it. A++

Janet and here crew are thorough beyond belief! Our house has never been so clean! They cleaned four levels of living space, all 33 crappy, hard-to-open windows inside AND out, the inside of our refrigerator, the list goes on. The glass front of our oven, which we’d given up on ever seeing clean again, looks brand new. Janet and her crew spent 8+ hours here and it was worth every penny.
