Janice knew the problem immediately and actually showed us a dead grub, 24 hours after she applied the treatment. She and her workers proceeded to do the work and plant new seed. It was swift and complete. She explains everything as she goes, and is very personable and hands on. Now we await the restoration of our lawn, thanks to Janice and her workers.

Great service. Janice came out same-day to give an estimate. She returned with her crew a few days later to complete the work. We had dealing with water pouring into our basement due to low grade and bad window well. The work she did was outstanding and for the first time in months, we didn't have water in the basement after it rained. Her crew was very professional and friendly. We'll have them out again to take care of any other landscape issues.

Although it was a bit early in the season for landscaping jobs, Janice was courteous and well committed to helping me landscape my front yard. The services she provides to her customers are excellent and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a premier landscaping company.

I PAID IN FULL. THEY DID NOT FINISH. THEY DELAID AND ONE EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER. SHE TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 4 HOURS SHE DID NOT EVEN WORK HERE 4 HOURS...THEY DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB AND I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE THIS. I ASKED FOR HALF MY MONEY BACK AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME.THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP ALOT OF THE PROJECTAND I DID AND I AM DISABLED AND A SENIOR . MAY THEY FEEL WHAT IT IS LIKE TO GET RIPPED OFF.I HOPE YOU TAKE HER OFF YOUR SITE. I WAS KIND TO THEM AND I LET THEM USE MY STUFF TO WORK ON MY PROJECT. I HOPE SHE CAN LIVE WITH THE LIES AND GUILT.

I never got what I paid for always had to complain. They had to come back because of the fact they missed stuff like a hold side of the house. Paid ahead due to Covid, wanted no contact. Not an honest person probably going to end up in small claims court.

"We went above and beyond the customers needs each time and the customer just wasn’t happy . There was no way of making the customer happy and we had to cancel all services with the individual. We have a good Reputation in which we stand by at are company and always go above and beyond. We take are work very seriously and the experience of are customers. All we can say is good luck in finding someone else and your demands as we tried to work with the customer but unfortunately there was no way of pleasing him"

This is an updated to my initial review on August 16th 2021. There was a lack of mulch for the work performed and Janice noted that her team will return that week to put down more mulch. A worker did come but not enough mulch was put down. I call Janice and informed her that I can see the plant liner all throughout the job and she noted she would come back to address the issue. That was August 23rd and I’m still waiting. I’ve followed up several times since. Once informing Janice that weeds are also popping up all throughout the planters. I’m very disappointed and frustrated because my initial experience was great but the lack of follow up and professional services is unacceptable that I had to provide an update.

"We at are company have tried to explain that when it comes to weeds you have to sign up for a service of maintenance in which the customer did not sign for a maintenance service to continue to control the weeds. We provided the services as requested and came out again. We fulfilled the agreed contract in which both parties agreed on and always go above and beyond the needs of all are customers."

The owner, Janice was conscientious and has a hard working crew. She works alongside them. She had to reschedule a couple of times due to difficulty getting a root out and a personal issue. Overall, good.

Janice and crew came to get rid of some heavy duty weeds and cut down a tree for me. The job was completed within 10 days of my call. She made sure I was happy with the work before she left and all for a very reasonable price. This is the second time I’ve hired her. She did a much bigger job for me last year with landscaping and leveling and replanting of my yard to help prevent water coming into my basement. She is very down to earth and will fix other things as well if needed. She and her crew are fast and efficient!

Janice Was awesome to work with. She is very responsive at a time when people are difficult to get time from. She listened to our needs at the start of the project and the final result met those plans and then some!! Her team was a very hardworking team and went above and beyond at all stages of the work. She even fixed a fence that was not working well, was not part of the project and did so for only the material cost. We could not have been more pleased with the final result. Her prices were much better than other quotes we got and the quality of the work was top notch. I would highly recommend Janice and her team and will be using her for my future landscaping needs
