I requested the cement/asphalt leading to the garage to be leveled. Rain water was draining into to the garage. J an R Masonry added more cement on the outside of the garage. However, that made MORE rain water flood into the garage. J an R Masonry said they would return to fix this issue but they have stopped returning my calls/texts and have disconnected their line. They did not fix their mistake. I paid $1,800. I want my garage to be fixed.

Everything went great. Very happy with the seal coating of my driveway. Mag was and is very professional and just an overall great guy. He and his men are great. I will be hiring them again for a future project. Thanks everyone .

I contacted Magdiel Rivera with J an R Masonry to complete a patio install in my yard. Magdiel never completed the install, won't return my phone calls, and left my yard and driveway trashed. I have partially laid concrete that is not level or smoothed out. I told Magdiel specifically that I needed the concrete to be level and he said that he was going to make sure that it was. Not only did he not do what he said he never finished the install and will not answer the phone or return my calls. I have used Angi's list before to hire professionals and this is the first time I have not been satisfied with the work completed. The pictures that he sent me of work previously completed had to be screen grabs off of other websites. The work that Magdiel did for me looks NOTHING like the work he sent to me. I am a very understanding person but this experience was completely awful. I now have to hire someone else to fix Magdiel's mess which is more than 2x what he charges. I will NEVER use him
