We discovered a leak in the ceiling of my garage. I have a home warranty and the warranty company assigned J& A Plumbing. J&A Plumbing was not able to schedule me for FIVE days. They sent two workers to my house and they punched a hole in my garage ceiling, a hole in my 1st floor laundry room ceiling, and a hole in my laundry room wall but couldn't find the leak. The laundry room is above where the leak in the garage ceiling was but they didn't check anything in the laundry room after cutting the holes into my wall and ceiling. They then said that there was nothing they could do and said that I needed to have my insurance send a mitigation company to "tear out the sub-floor above my garage so that they could find the leak." When I called and questioned their recommendation, they refused to come back. The warranty company then sent a second plumber, Nussbaum Plumbing, and they said it was a caulking issue in my second floor bathroom shower, which is above the laundry room. Nussbaum arrived about four days after J&A Plumbing bailed on the job. They caulked but the water kept leaking into my garage. Nussbaum came back about five days later fixed a leak they said they found in the second-floor bathroom and that would solve the problem for the leak in the basement garage but it didn't. The water kept leaking and broke down about 50 square feet of garage ceiling. I hired Jaros plumbing, based on a recommendation from a coworker. They found the leak, which was coming from a pipe in the Laundry room wall. Unfortunately it was not the area where J&A plumbing cut the hole. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jaros plumbing. They were very professional and diligently worked until they found the problem.

I had a kitchen drain leak into the game room ceiling below and onto the carpeting. Not having a go to plumber I began searching the web, Most companies were too busy, or never responded to my online requests. Saw Jaros was very close to where we live so gave them a call. Josh answered the phone and agree to adjust their schedule to help the next day. Greg and Travis came and were great to work with them! Discovered the problem was the 1-1/2" copper drain behind the wall and found the leak after cutting into the drywall. However, due to the studs and other framing, Greg was not able to access the leak for a repair. He decided to cut open the back of a lower kitchen cabinet which gave him the needed access. Did fix the problem, cleaned up all the debris and dust, and fully tested all the fittings for leaks. Total time 2-1/2 hours. The cost, I thought, was VERY reasonable, and I'm sure less than the bigger companies would charge. I would recommend Jaros to any family member or friend. I now have my go-to plumber.

A+ ***** - Great local service! Called Jaros on Monday morning after having issues installing a new bathroom faucet over the weekend. Spoke to Josh and he said they'd be there on the same day, between 10-2. He called at 10 to let me know he was on his way! Josh quickly identified what was needed and explained the work he was going to do. Had the job done in about 60 minutes, including having to run out for a part. Price was affordable and the service was excellent! Would definitely recommend Jaros Plumbing to anyone and will be calling them again for any plumbing needs in the future!

The pro's that came out to my home were very nice and friendly, they came back to check out if things were working right the next day early in the morning, cleaned up after themselves didn't leave a mess very respectful and nice men worked very hard and got the job done in a timely manner i would totally recommend this company to others. I broke a pipe 8:30 pm, causing me to turn the water off for the whole house. I found and called Jaros Plumbing by 9 pm, and Josh answered. Greg came to my house 8:30 the next morning, had the problem fixed in 15 minutes! Charge was very reasonable.

THE BEST! I had a problem with my toilet that another plumbing company could not fix (yet charged me). I called Jaros (whom I had never used before) based on their reviews. They were there within two hours of the call (even though I said it was not an emergency). He had it fixed within fifteen minutes! It was apparently a very bizarre issue he had never seen before - but it got fixed pronto! Also, he was polite, neat, and very professional. The bill was less than I expected. (Jaros is now my plumber.)
