Great service. Was 5 minutes early for appointment (wish more contractors/service providers were). Gave good advice, documented problem accurately. I recommend this company highly; will definitely use them again--and they put in the lowest bid for the project as well.

Mr Jarvis initially estimated the job to be $150,000. the sink wass clogged and he had to snake it to clear the drain. Mr. Jarvis charge an additional $75. I thought this charge was a bit excesive. It was not a major clogg.

I highly recommend Mr. Jarvis. He came out on a Saturday at no extra charge and installed two bathroom faucets perfectly. Mr. Jarvis is a very nice man who does great work, and I will definitely be contacting him for any future plumbing work that I need.

The only way I could be happier with Mr. Jarvis' work was if he did it for free. Except for that, everything was perfect. He was willing to work on a Saturday. Arrived on time. Was friendly on the phone and in person. Solved the problem. No hassles. All in all I was thoroughly pleased with his work, and with my first time using Service Magic.
