It completely amazes me that Angie's List still has these people listed . It has to mean they do not care about what or who they send to people's homes . The cleaning was questionable, however the worst part what's the fact that these people stole things from my home. I am disabled and not able to clean my home properly. They knew this and took advantage of me. only one of the ladies could speak patchy English at best! They stoled a family heirloom revolver that was my father's, George Foreman grill, Crock-Pot, some jewelry, some things such as minor kitchen items gone Gone Gone Gone. it has been over a year since I used these imbeciles! I just happened back on to Angie's List. I was looking for cleaning and noticed these people were still listed by Angie's List? I am flabbergasted. If you are foolish enough to use Jasmine cleaners I would strongly advise taking a count of your items and take pictures before you allow them to set foot in your home chance to make this right. They just basically ignored me know they completely freaking ignored me.

The only problem was they couldn’t speak English. Worked hard with two people for two hours, and stayed a little over to finish. Charged what I expected. I will probably use again, now that I know what guestures to use and that ‘no clean’ is understood.

2 people came and they did a wonderful job! They were respectful of my requests and even cleaned windows, which was not listed in the description!

Thought I was getting 4-hours with coupon and got 2-hours. So not much done.They could not speak English and could not provide receipt, making them very difficult to work with.

"You were a very rude person for not telling you "RACISTA" is the correct word that you buy 4 hours $ 89 dollars and we work 3 hours in two people are 6 hours Mr. [Member Name Removed] You owe me two hours to me ok thanks for you ?You never understood that 2 hours in two people is 4 hours. his grade was "F" and we agreed that it was 8:00 a.m. and I arrived a few minutes before and I put "B" to arrive on time and the cleaning never said anything because I am a person experienced with you Mr. [Member Name Removed] the only good thing was an "A" for being responsible"

Jasmin Cleaning Service is prompt and detail oriented. She does a great job especially with our extremely busy house (kids, husband, wife) She cleans our house on a monthly basis. And has been cleaning our house for 2 years.

[Member Name Removed] for your opinion, but if you only bought an offer of $ 79 dollars but tell me you can clean in 2 hours when the house has 4500 square meters and less if you have never cleaned it and you told me that we did a good job, that you were very happy with my work that you wanted to clean every 15 days. The only thing I did not like about you was that your wife said the price if I charged them $ 150 and she said she was very sick and said $ 75 since she only wanted two bathrooms and the kitchen and living room in the first fortnight. I finished and [Member Name Removed] talked to me and told me if I could clean the stairs and I said no, because he had already finished what we said he would do for $ 75 the next fortnight, he would go home and knock on the door and I did not open I left after seeing your comments"

I spoke to Tasha and she was very friendly and prompt in getting back to me to schedule a day and time. We had scheduled a day for them to clean and she called me to tell me they were running behind. I appreciated the heads up and communication. The theee ladies did a wonderful job. Even though they didn't speak much English, they appeared friendly! I would definitely hire them again!

The cleaning services were thorough, however there was a language barrier and our communication wasn't as clear for either side. If one of us could have spoken the other's language better, there would have been no issues.

They only communicate via email. There is no way to reach them by phone. Because of this when we had to reschedule because we were ill we weren't sure they received the message. That was Sunday (They were supposed to come Monday). Didn't hear from them for a reschedule until Friday after multiple contacts to see if they were coming the following Monday or not. They were professional and did a great job. We purchased an Angie's List deal and when it came to cleaning the ceiling fans they said it wasn't part of the deal despite the deal saying it did. After quite a bit of time on the phone we worked it out and they cleaned the ceiling fans too. Which was important because we are selling our home and we wanted it to look great. Overall I was frustrated by the lack of communication and the refusal to clean the ceiling fans but after we worked that out and they left the house looked and smelled great!

We broke the first visit up into like three different visits. We paid them the $249 and then we kept track of their hours. I think the third visit we only had like one or two hours left out of that 16 so we just paid like, you know, half of it because the other part of it was part of the big deal. They were very easy to deal with. Two ladies come out and they spend two or three hours each. Then two visits and it's almost down to a couple hours left and we just pay the rest, so it works out good. We asked them to set up with us a monthly cleaning, you know, like the third Thursday of every month or something like that, my wife talked to them, and they just can't seem to get that thing figured out. They'll send an email like a couple days before they want to come out and say, you know, is this Wednesday fine or is this Friday fine. We keep asking them to set up a regular monthly thing. It just doesn't seem to, there not getting it, but it's okay. I work from home so it's not a big deal for me to be here anyway.

They were here a week ago. We have them do the house on a regular basis now. Every time they come it's $170. We have issues scheduling with them, but once they're here they are very much on time. It's just getting the scheduling down is kind of a pain sometimes with them. Nothing fantastic but not bad.

It's actually been fine. They still have one more visit to make. My house is a whole lot cleaner and I really can't complain. It was for 16 hours over a month and a half and they've done 12 of the 16 hours. They occasionally misplaced a thing or two that was the only issue. The place really is a lot cleaner than it was and I'm a slob so it's hard to clean after me. They're busy. It's hard to schedule them. That's my only real complaint. I might actually start calling them once a month and have them come in for a couple hours. 2 people come to complete the work in 2 hour blocks. One good thing about them is they're very pleasant and do a good job. One thing they can work on would be punctuality. The area is very clean when done. No complaints at all.
