Iâ ve never dealt with a contractor before as I have heard nightmares about them but I had no choice. My son had a brain stroke in April and has limited use of his right side. I had to have our front porch rebuilt as it was not safe to bring my son home and in order to do so the front steps and railings had to be safe and secure. Time was of the essence as we only had a month to have this completed and with Grand Buildings efforts and expertise we were able to bring him home safely and on time. Anyone looking for home renovations I would highly recommend Grand Building. They did a spectacular job and we are completely satisfied. Thank you Grand Building.

Very sloppy job & the trades people did not clean up after themselves. I had constant complaints that were not resolved. Another company was hired to correct the outstanding issues.
