We were put in a bad position being forced to move due to a mold-health issue, and thought that we had no options until we called them. Jason responded to our call almost immediately and set us up for installation of services the following day. I Could not be happier with the quality of the installation. There were no fees for the installation, and we didn't receive a bill until almost a full month after the service was hooked up. The Technician took the time to explain everything to us, and even took the time to allow our 3 year old to "help" with the installation. The Technician even went out of his way to locate the dishes in an inconspicuous area at the rear of the house, and removed the previous dishes that were located on the front. I have to admit, that I am impressed with the speed of the internet service. I had heard bad things about satellite internet over the years, and wasn't even considering it until we spoke with Jason. He answered all our questions and concerns in a friendly and thorough manner. We love that there is a local service person who is knowledgeable and professional to call, and don't have to speak to an automated system with people that doesn't speak English clearly. We glowingly recommend this company to our family, friends and anyone who may be needing TV or Internet service. <br />
