I've been fighting with this company for 3+ years to remediate a tank installation they did. They agreed multiple times that they would come out and fix it, yet I have received a mountain of excuses why they have not. I sued them and was awarded a $6,750 summary judgement plus $1,750 in attorney fees. They even gave us a check of what they owed and it bounced. They still haven't paid so we are moving forward to garnish wages. If you want the details, go to Miami-Dade Circuit court website and search for case 2016-013024-CC-25. There are so many other Septic companies in Miami. I encourage you to find one that doesn't have so many bad reviews like this one.

Brittany kept claiming they were submitting our plans and going to county meetings. After 2 months, I went to the Dept of Health myself, nothing had been done. Nobody had met with anyone. Requested a refund, Brittany wrote a bad check. Upon returning, she was never in the office. She couldn't leave a check. Had to take them to court to get our deposit back. A worthless company. I believe any positive reviews are a joke, and are being submitted by friends and relatives. There are many many more bad reviews on yelp.com, check it out. Bad people running a bad company.

Stay away from this company. They took my deposit and promised every week that they would be coming to install drain field for a total of 4 months. There was always an excuse for them not coming. Imagine to wait around all day for a no-show. After 2 months of requesting my deposit, Brittney gave me a check without funds. I am in the process of taking them to small claims court. Keep your money and sanity, and stay away!!

Excellent professional efficient timely service. They gave me a time window between 8 and 12, they arrived sharp at 8 after calling me 15 minutes before arrival. They were done with everything in thirty minutes. Very courteous behavior.

They sat in front of the wrong address (6735 SW 52 Street) for 45 minutes, but they never called their home office or me to find <br /> out what was going on. And one of the guys kept calling my realtor "mi reina," which was extremely unprofessional. They also tried to get our of doing a complete inspection by saying "oh we can tell you need a new one." I didn't pay $375 for some yahoo to give me his opinion before actually doing the work. They also told me it would cost 8k-10K to replace the septic tank and drain field, when in reality the cost is more in the 6k-7k range. I discovered this after contacting two companies Chapman and Smith, both of whom have been in business for decades and have a great reputation in my area. NO ONE should use this company. <br /> <br />

You stated that the engineer was too much money and did not want to us an engineer. We want to give you your money back but minus what we paid out of pocket. I went to over 6 meetings in regards to your plans and made sure we were available for you when you wanted. We are not engineers and could not finish your plans for you. We also could not pay out of our pocket for the engineer. On another note you Did not pay us $5,000.00 You gave us $2,500.00 If you want please come to the office and pick up a check. Which we have offered many times. Also we DO NOT HAVE any COLLECTIONS against US !!!!!! Thank you"

Everything went very well. I got a courtesy call before arrival letting me know that the guys were on the way. The gentlemen that came were great. They quickly found my septic tank and went to work. Given were my septic tank is located, they had to cut away the plantings but did so only after asking me if that was OK. They also put everything back after they were done and cleaned up after themselves. They were done in about an hour. <br />

"(Member name removed) contacted us to do maintenance pump out of his tank. During the pump out we noticed that the new tank has a crack. Due to D.O.H. code we cannot fix the tank. We would have to replace therefore we contacted the manufacturer to find out what we can do. This tank is very sturdy and should not have cracked. We are sending the pics and report to manufacturer to find out what the next step will be. We have been in contact with the customer."

Company provided next-day service to clean out our septic tank. They showed up on time and quickly located the lid without having to tear up our yard. Both men were friendly, cheerful and displayed a positive attitude about their work. In no time, they were done with the job. Finally, the price came in at $20 less than quoted on the phone. Overall, a great experience. In two years I will definitely call on Jason's again.

I contracted Jason's Septic in October of 2014 to remove my 900 gallon tank in the backyard and replace it with a 1050 gallon tank and 500 sq foot drainfield in the front yard. Jason's Septic wrongly installed a 900 gallon tank and 228 sq ft drainfield and when I confronted them about their mistake they insisted that it was the Dept of Health permit that was wrong and that they did install a 1050 gallon tank in our home. I have a picture of the tank in my yard to prove that it is a 900 gallon tank and the permit and ledger number on our tank confirms that it is the incorrect 900 gallon tank. Jason's Septic went so far as to falsify a receipt (that they put my address on) to show me that they purchased a 1050 gallon tank for my home. The owners are impossible to get a hold of and the office staff (Lori and Tina) are extremely unprofessional. Brittnie (the owner) has used every excuse in the book, stating that the person in the dept of health who had to fix the paperwork was out on disability, or that she has had a medical emergency or that the machinery is broken. They have yet to rectify the situation and continue to lie about it. I am writing this review so that others do not make the same mistake I did - do not use Jason's Septic they are extremely unprofessional, deceitful and fraudulent! <br />

The company was very professional and responsive from scheduling through service. They showed up at the agreed upon time and were very polite and respectful. Performed the pump out, cleared the clog, and put in tablets. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again for all future septic needs. <br />

Jason had to return to the job site to correct a problem one of his crew failed to complete, but the entire company is hugely helpful, responsive and ultimately their work is excellent. Working with Brittnie, Lori and Jason I always felt i had on open line of communication for any issue. I hope you never need to have septic work done, but if you do? <br /> Jason's must be on your list! <br />

They where very understanding when I had to change the date (seller changed the date). They showed up on time and where good at confirming appointment. <br /> We could not find the tank in the end and I was charged $100. for a service call. <br /> I had to call another company that could locate it. To their defense, the owner had us looking in the wrong area. <br /> The other company found it after searching all around the house. <br />

Overall they work was good; the techs did a good job with the pump out and they were courteous and professional. Our only complaint was they scheduled our service window from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. and were supposed to contact us 30 minutes prior to arrival. At 1:00 PM we had not yet heard from anyone. When I called, I was informed that their truck broke down and they would not be able to get to our house for approx 2 to 3 hours. We completely understand that unexpected things occur, however were disappointed that we did not receive a call from them to inform us of the delay. I did express this and they gave me an additional discount for our inconvenience which we did appreciate. <br />
