charged me for work that was never completed he's a con man that you should not have on your rooster

"Well all that was left was 2 boards on ground that she didn’t pay for and that I was goin to put on top of fence to try make it last longer cuz it was rotten and she replaced a section but right after that when I was goin to finish I was in a bad car wreck and lost al my personal stuff"
