Jason's Tree Service

When we had requested a quote, the husband and wife had arrived. The husband stayed in the truck, while we showed the wife the two large trees that we needed to have removed. She gave us a very competitive quote. We agreed on a time for them to come back to remove the trees and the husband's brother-in-law spent the majority of the time complaining to us that he thought the wife had underestimated the work and he felt that they were being underpaid for the job. We told them that we expected to honor the estimated quote--which they did. When we followed up a few months later to receive another quote on some other trees that we needed to have removed, the husband answered the phone and immediately put the wife on to speak to us to arrange a time to come out for an estimate. The brother-in-law arrived to look at the trees and seemed very disinterested in the job. He still remembered the previous work that he and his brother-in-law (Jason) had completed for us and yet again complained that he thought that they were underpaid for the work. The brother-in-law said that he would send a quote for the new proposed work, however, never followed through. The work that they completed was done well. However, I would never hire them again due to the lack of reliability and professionalism.

We were so impressed with Jason and his crew. So thoughtful and listened to all my concerns. . They had to move alot of furniture and other things to other side of the lawn to do the job. Couldn't believe how fast they did things. Talk about team work thru the whole ordeal. When one person seemed finished he would go and helped another and back and forth. No one stood around and watch. Kept working. Did a great job in cleaning everything up I highly recommend Jason Tree Service and if I need for service I would call him.

Family owned business, and the owner obviously started at the bottom, he knows the business and he knows trees. They removed a huge old tree from between two houses (which was a tricky job) The crew was very professional, careful with our property and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend this company!

It went terrible since they did nothing but blow me off. I called 5-6 times over a 6 month period and always got the same excuse that they'd get to it as soon as possible. I don't think I could have been more accommodating and here we are, it's winter time and the stump is still there. I wanted to have filled and seeded already. Angie's List won't refund me but say the value never expires. What good does that do if the service provider never provides the service!? This whole experience has been terrible all the way around.

They arrived on time. They had all the equipment they needed. The tree came down in stages. It was amazing to watch how they did this. We were very satisfied with the good work they did. It was an all day job. They cleaned everything up very nicely after they were done. The price to have this all done was very reasonable.

The company was prompt and professional. They provided service as promised and cleaned up our yard afterwards. We will call them again.

It was a small job and they made quick work of it. They were in and out in about 30 minutes. The price was very, very reasonable. It would have cost me the same amount to rent a stump grinder and do it myself (and this was much faster and zero hassle). Appears to be a family business and everyone was friendly and good to work with. Good communication too as they kept me in the loop by phone regarding the schedule.

Jason arrived a few hours after the rain the next day, which was the earliest I could have expected. He and his crew were friendly, professional and easy to work with. They got our permission to drive their equipment onto our lawn, which was entirely necessary to do the work. Jason gave me updates as the work went on. In all, it took about two-and-a-half days, including stump grinding. The stump was bigger and tougher than expected, but Jason didn't charge more than his estimate. He left us lots of left-over wood chips, as requested. The whole experience was positive, maybe because Jason has a great sense of humor! He has a family operation with his wife and son working alongside, and they all aim to please. I would recommend them to anyone who needs tree service!

It is very refreshing to have a real family owned & operated company come & do such a great job at a reasonable price. An not be a company that claims to be family owned & operated, to find the only family is sitting behind a desk, not doing the real labor. When I say this; I mean at Jason's Tree Service, the whole family is involved running this company from Jason, his wife, bothers, & son. All of them are very courteous, kept me updated on what they were doing, asked me what I thought, & what else I wanted them to do. I called Jason's Tree Service yesterday at 7:45 AM. He answered & told me he was on his way to bid another job, then needed to check on another his crew was working on. I asked for a general idea for when he may arrive, so he can look at what needed done. Which he told me around 8:45AM, at 8:35AM Jason's wife called to let me know exactly when Jason would arrive, which was within minutes of the original time I was told. To gain access for his equipment to remove this pile of tree Centurylink left in my backyard. Jason & his wife, went with me to help get permission from the school in my backyard. Jason helped explain to the school what needed to be done & why. The guy at the school was nervous about letting them onto the school's property, which Jason's wife seen this & immediately shown the school their insurance, bonding, & any other legal document needed. The guy at the school ended up calling the school commissioner & provided Jason permission to gain access of his equipment in pure, minutes. Jason & his wife working as a team, sped up the process of getting permission greatly. To make a very long story short. I was so impressed with how both Jason & his wife handled the school, their punctuality, & the courteous calls updating me on arrival times. On the very same day I called for help, they came. Besides removing the pile of cut up tree Centurylink left me to deal with, I ended up having Jason's remove another large tree, then heavily trimmed, & raise up two other very large trees. All that desperately needed done. I can't say enough good things about Jason's Tree Service, to really explain their outstanding ability to run a business, great communications, doing a very good job, & made sure i was totally satisfied before they left... Everything was spotless once they left, Jason's wife even returned a call, in seconds, when I accidentally missed dialed them after they left to see if I was OK with everything. I highly recommend Jason's Tree Service & from now on, I will only use them, even if it was an emergency & I had to wait my turn. I would still only call Jason & his family. Thanks to Jason & his family, I now have a very nice looking yard, that has both sun & shad, while not having to worry about my trees for a long time.

I called Jason Tuesday night after supper. He came later that evening and gave us a bid on removing the tree and taking out the stump. He said he could come and remove it on Saturday. We had called a "big" name tree service for an estimate earlier. The price from the big company was slightly more, and they told us it would be six weeks before they could remove the tree. The big company also said the stump removers were a separate crew and they would come later. We decided to hire Jason. Jason was actually able to move the date up to Friday morning. Jason and his crew arrived right on time. They were amazing!! Jason and 4 extremely efficient crew members safely removed the tree (w/o harming the flower beds underneath it or other nearby trees) and also ground the stump in TWO hours!! All debris was removed. Also NO equipment was driven on our lawn. We asked them to leave the shavings from the stump, so we could use it as mulch on our flower beds. They did. Without a doubt, Jason's tree service is THE BEST we have ever experienced. No fuss. Just fast, capable efficient service. Hire them!!!!!

Amazing! Jason came out last night within 2 hours of my calling him. He gave me a quote on the tree being removed, bushes, and stump. Very reasonable. Jason said he would be out the next day or day after. He came the next day, did all the work I ask of him to do, without me being home. The yard was raked. There wasn't so much as a branch left in the yard. Hire Jason you won't be disappointed.

Jason and his crew came when they said they would and did the work on the trees that we needed at a fair price. They also cleaned up the mess after they were done. I would recommend him highly.
