Javi's Decks

Javi and his crew did a great job repairing our deck here in Prospect. We had a few rotten boards, loose railings and some spots that honestly didn’t feel very safe anymore. Javi explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy from the beginning. The deck feels solid again and looks so much better now. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their work and don’t just rush through the job. He gave us an estimate the same day we reached out and they were able to start the project in less than a week. Another contractor we talked to told us it would probably be over a month before they could even start. They showed up on time, communicated well throughout the project and cleaned everything up before leaving. We’re really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend Javi’s Decks to anyone needing deck repair work in Prospect or the Louisville area.

Javier and his crew were AMAZING!! Our deck has 3 1/2 levels and was nearly 50 years old…they were able to not only repair it, but used innovative ideas to increase its size and appearance. They were our 4th contractor bid and were not only the most reasonable, but also, the best contractor I’ve ever used, and I’ve used many! They arrived on time, sometimes early, and worked the entire day. I never had to wonder where they’d gone off to. Quiet, personable, extremely polite and always professional. Regularly asking for input so they could meet all our needs. Really nice, easy to get along with exceptional detail to quality and safety. I can’t recommend Javier highly enough! Will definitely be using them again.

Our deck had become the part of the house we avoided using. After Javi’s Decks finished the project, it became one of our favorite places to spend time. The difference is incredible. The entire process was smooth, the crew was respectful, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. The deck looks great, feels sturdy, and honestly makes the whole backyard feel newer. We’re very glad we chose Javi’s Decks and would happily recommend them to anyone considering deck repairs or improvements.

We hired Javi’s Decks to replace the old deck boards on our deck and we are extremely happy with the results. From the first estimate to the final cleanup, everything was handled professionally. Javi explained the different options available, answered all of our questions, and helped us choose the best solution for our deck and budget. What impressed me most was how knowledgeable they were about deck construction and safety. They took the time to explain how the deck was built, pointed out areas that needed attention, and clearly understood the structural side of the project rather than just replacing boards. That gave us a lot of confidence that the work was being done correctly. The crew arrived on time, worked hard, and paid close attention to detail. The new deck boards look great, the deck feels much safer, and the entire space looks completely refreshed. It honestly feels like a new deck without the cost of a full replacement. If you’re looking for deck repair, deck board replacement, deck restoration, or a deck contractor in Louisville KY, I highly recommend Javi’s Decks. Excellent communication, fair pricing, quality workmanship, and a finished product that exceeded our expectations.
