Marcus was professional and thorough. He had to order the part needed for my washer but he researched solutions, recalls, and frequent issues prior to his arrival and communicated every step of the way. He was knowledgeable about my appliance, either through experience or prior research and replaced the part in under an hour. He spent more than an hour observing the washer complete an entire wash cycle to ensure the Job was complete. His service was awesome and his price for labor was more than reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Marcus called me straight away after I answered the brief questionnaire on Angieâ s list. We set up the appointment for 2 days later, he called me before he arrived and said he was on his way. Very nice gentleman, would call him again in a heartbeat!!!!

Marcus Crooks did a great job determining the problems and replacing my Samsung refrigerator ice maker. The ice maker was frozen solid. Marcus had the tools necessary to resolve that problem. He determined that the ice maker had additional problems and thoroughly researched the issues including taking the time to trace the problems to a lawsuit involving the manufactur

They did more than I asked which was awesome! I just needed the dryer to be unstacked, but they removed the brackets and shortened the dryer hose to better suit the space. They were also very professional!

Excellent customer service. Needed a new drain pan installed under a broken washer, so the new washer could be installed. Searched over a week before heading to HomeAdvisor. J A W called me Sunday; purchased the pan and installed it the next day. Excellent service provided. Cost was extremely reasonable ! Definitely will hire again.

Marcus did a wonderful job of working with my dishwashers. He removed the old one and successfully installed the new one. He also tested the new dishwasher appliance to ensure the proper operation was working for that device. Iâ ll reach out to him in the future if we need any other appliance work here at home. ð
