JAY EUBANK'S TREE SVC

Work performed was excellent. Reasonable price. Removed over 8 trees (including stumps) as well as several hundred square feet of overgrown brush. Performed quickly, professionally, and helped us figure out which trees we should leave and which we should take down. I will absolutely use Jay's team again in the future!

The price was reasonable and the job was completed on schedule. The personnel were very polite and followed up on the job to check on my satisfaction.

Mixed.I will first say, that they did a good job taking down the trees with no damage to my house. The first day was rainy. They worked throughout the rain but my yard took a severe hit. They came a second day to finish up (it also rained that day) and my yard took even more damage. Then they left and we didn't hear from them. The yard was left in bad shape. Days later I heard from Jay, he wanted to pick up the check( no invoice issued (and still haven't received even though asked). He complained about having hit a piece of metal that did damage to his stump grinder ($1000 dollar hit, which he didn't try to charge me for). I acknowledged his loss but he went on and on about his damage. I commiserated with him on that, but my yard was destroyed(which would cost more than $1000 to fix). Also because they stopped, I will have to expend even more monies to dig up stumps etc... My right front yard also has huge ruts (which look terrible) and even the stumps that could still be ground he walked away from because he is too afraid of hitting something else anywhere. When I complained about my backyard, he then offered to have a skidder come back and back drag it to try and level it out. If I hadn't complained, he would have just walked away. So overall I wasn't a satisfied customer. it was an unpleasant experience that I still paid 5K for (not small money)

Crew was here on time....worked the entire time they were here. The two trees were cut down and cleanup was over before we knew it! They are a 3 man super crew!!

Mr. Eubanks called us with an opening to cut our tree down two weeks earlier than he originally estimated. He showed up the next day within 30 minutes of calling. Workmen immediately got to work with a cherry picker cutting limbs and taking the tree down in sections, as it is close to both our house and a neighbors. Within 45 minutes they had taken down a tree at least 65 feet tall and started grinding the stump. Several of the men then got leaf blowers to clean our yard of the debris. The men were completely done and gone within 1 hour and 15 minutes. The men were professional and courteous and all actively employed (no workers on cell phones or just standing around) When they were done the only evidence that anything was ever there was a small pile of wood chips. No mess to the lawn or driveway! <br />

They showed up, even a day earlier due to pending rain.  They obviously plan, and make adjustments when needed.  They were professional to deal with. <br />

Showed up on time and kept at it.Most work was done carefully so as not to damage other trees and shrubs. They didn't finish all of the raking and debris clean up but did some other items that we couldn't do ourselves. Pricing was based on two days work with three men, a large bucket truck, Bobcat with turf tires, and a stump grinder and 4 roll off boxes to haul away debris (plus one truckload). They used the Bobcat to move the stump grinder with one guy staying in the Bobcat (and we had a lot of stumps) so that's why they didn't finish all of the clean up. We were satisfied with the work and the price. <br />

Super fast response. Came out and looked at the site. Gave me a price same day. <br />Scheduled the service, arrived on time with all the equipment needed. <br />Performed all the work quickly and neatly. <br />After all the work was down, I inspected the work and paid him. <br />

Mr Eubanks' crew did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Mr Eubanks did a good job estimating just how long the job would take so there were no hidden costs. Very pleased and would recommend <br />

The experience was pretty good.

Jay was punctual and professional and gave us the estimate but he was not present for the job.  His crew was also punctual and showed up with a lot of big equipment which enabled them to knock the job out quickly.  My husband met them at the house to make sure they got off to a good start.  He asked what it would cost to have a smaller tree cut down that we didn't think about before hand.  We were told they were on a tight schedule so they wouldn't have time to do any additional work because they had another job to get to after ours.  <br /> <br /> My husband then he left and went back to work.  The crew was not expecting anyone to come back because they said we could just pay Jay later.  But I went to the house toward the end of the job and was able to sneak in and watch them from the window.  Even though they were not being supervised, they were working hard and I was very pleased with what I saw.   <br /> <br /> This was a very positive experience and would definitely hire Jay again for more work. <br /> <br />

We use them on a fairly regular basis for tree trim/removal.  They have always done quality work, and responded in a timely fashion

Jay came recommended from another friend for his professional outfit, employees, and equipment. We had a large red oak very close to our house that I finally decided I was done worrying about and call Eubank's Tree service. Jay came out that afternoon after I got home from work and quoted a fair price for an extremely large tree in a tight spot. The tree was removed in a few hours about a week later with no damage to my property. Overall I am very happy with the professionalism of the job and the men I met. <br /> <br /> My neighbors were impressed with his operation and he's done work for three of them since doing mine. All of them have been pleased with his company's work.

Very good communication and has the experience and EQUIPMENT to get the job done correctly. Nice family company. HONEST.
