We cannot say enough good things about Jay’s Firewood and Mulch. This was our second time using them, and once again, they exceeded every expectation. They came out to cut down two very large, very dead trees that were an extreme hazard. After seeing how dangerous the trees were, they recognized immediately that they needed to come down right away. Their professionalism, knowledge, and urgency truly stood out. Not only did they safely remove both trees, but they also cleaned up all of the debris and left everything looking great. Their level of care and professionalism is unmatched. Honestly, they essentially saved our lives by taking care of such a dangerous situation before something terrible happened. Everything was great! From the bid to the day they came to do the work. Came in on time got job done cleaned everything up and best of all it looks fabulous.

Showed up for quote on time and came the next day to remove tree. Only took 45mins which was less than the time projected. Will use again.

I was able to get an estimate the first day that I called and the work was performed the very next day. The crew was friendly and polite, worked great as a team, and quickly removed the cut up tree from my yard. They cleaned everything up neatly and in a highly professional manner. Very responsive. Jay emailed me back shortly after I sent my first email to him. He quoted me a price, and could have delivered the next day. We set up a date a few days later and they called to insure I was home, came at the time specified, delivered and stacked the wood. It all looks good. i would definitely use Jay's again. <br />
