Jays garage doors & more

First off I can't say enough good about the service and expertise provided by Jay. He's incredibly kind and provides a thorough yet easy to understand explanation of the proposed repairs. This guy knows his stuff. The days leading up to the repair he was incredibly responsive to any questions I had. The day of, he showed up on time and got right to work. He converted the old broken spring system on my immobile garage door, adjusted the tension and even oiled the contact points. My garage door has never operated so smoothly. If I could give 10 stars I would. I'm looking forward to hiring Jay for future repairs!

It went very well jay was a very nice guy an was polite. I needed to have a spring replaced that jay did not have but was able to come back the same day and get the garage door working again. He even gave me $25 dollars off of the total bill. I feel jay was very reliable and easy to underatand. It was a pleasant experience and I look forward to doing more business with him.

Jay did an excellent job communicating what he was providing in parts and services, gave me some tips on maintaining hardware. He took the time to make sure everything was closing up properly and left a clean area when he was done.
