Jays Independent Drain Cleaning

Roger was wonderful, he came out within a couple hours and finished the job efficiently. After he was done he made sure everything was working fine and made sure it would happen again anytime soon. Would highly recommend home.

I originally called out a different plumber to snake out my sewer line, he wasn’t able to clear it with his 100 foot snake so I decided to call Jay’s company and they came out within the hour with their 200 foot snake and cleared it. They wasted no time and I will start using them for any issues in the future.

Jay was awesome! We had hired a different plumbing company (Rooter Man Plumbers), and they scammed us out of $1,875.00 by hydro jetting to clear the drain. The drain did not clear and they wanted to come back to replace the sewer line for an additional $2,375.00. I got onto Angie's List and found Jays Independent Drain Cleaning. He arrived on time and was so respectful. He explained what he was going to do after asking us a few questions on what the previous plumber had done. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. He cleared the line and then ran a camera down to inspect everything. The drainage worked perfectly. We only had to pay $375 for everything. I would definitely use Jay again. Thank you Jay!

Very professional done job Communication was on point

Jay was wonderful. He came on time and he was very polite. He made sure my line was clean and had explained to me what had happened. He also gave me tips so that it wouldn’t happen again. I highly recommend him.

He had very good customer service skills with good communication. He was reasonable in pricing and was efficient. He got the job done well and I didn’t have any problems. Honestly, I would highly recommend him to anyone, he is super sweet as well.

Work was performed quickly and efficiently. Material cost was most of the job and Jay was very upfront and honest about cost. Only paid $4,000 for what others quoted $9,000+! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for plumber!

Jae did an fantastic job. He came when he said he would. He finished the job fast, no extra charges, and he was Covid conscious. He came in with his mask on and wore gloves the whole time. I would mot definitely use him again.

I called Jay for a backed up sewer line. He came out real quick and told me exactly what the problem was. He then explained the situation and told me what the solution was.
