Horrible. Service provider told mistruths the entire time. Painted the surface the wrong color and did not meet the terms of his contract. Do not hire this provider. He is intimidating and does not complete the project as described when hired.

"Customers and professionals, I hope you guys never have to deal with a customer like this, first asks for every discount you can give them, we literally went back 3 times to fix something that was never ever messed up, this type of customer just wants things done for free and did everything in her power, lied, cried and even lied about falling just to get work added on cause she wants it done for free. I have messages showing where we went back and fixed everything and she still wasn’t happy, I hope no one ever had to deal with a person or a customer as bad as this one was.. Is so stressful, especially when you try to do everything in your power to make it right and their just never happy and want it done for free..!!! My SUPER SERVICE AWARD SAYS IT ALL..!!"

Charles did a a great job and in a timely fashion. There were weather/cold delays but he got it done when conditions were right. We’re very happy with the final results.

He is completely unreliable and consistently texting he will be there in the morning and his crew will show up but he will not show up and he does not have a crew. additionally he should paint our front wall he has a month to finish but has lots of excuses. I posted a review and another customer of him contacted me and he has the same experience to mine promising and not doing.

"For one you hired me to paint the trim when I gave you a price for the whole house you wanted to paint it and we did, you kept trying to add work, after the job was almost complete you wanted to pay me in payments. You didn’t have the money to pay for the job I will post your messages. Also I fixed other things like the wall that you wrecked from driving drunk and almost took down the garage I had to knock out all the stucco and patch the whole areas that was a add on, also you added on the patio that you couldn’t even pay for. You signed a contract that you didn’t have money to pay for. My other reviews speak for itself.. my work is amazing, DO NOT SIGN CONTRACTS WHEN YOUR DRUNK AND CANT AFFORD TO PAY WHEN THE JOB IS ALMOST COMPLETE. ALSO WE DONT DO WORK AND GET PAID IN PAYMENTS MONTHS LATER CAUSE YOUR CREDIT CARDS ARE MAXED OUT..!! Also you never paid $9000 overall you paid $3000 and promised to make 2 payments of $3000 and you never had the money for it.. and your trying to make us look bad.. read my reviews.."

These guys did a great job. Charles, the owner, made some big promises and he delivered. These guys: scraped off my popcorn ceiling, replaced it great knockdown texture, texturized flat walls, caulked edges, clean lines, and really turned my house around. Pretty much, if you need it done Charles and the guys can do it. The guys who work for Charles are also really great. Charles shows up and works as well which is a plus. The final walk through is important - every little thing you see they’ll fix on the spot before they leave and before you pay. I would hire again for sure .

Jay's Painting did a wonderful job painting, caulking, minor repairs for the fascia, trim, patio and garage. Crew was very nice and cleaned up after themselves. Will use them again and highly recommend.

It went extremely well. I am very pleased with the job Jay did painting the exterior of my house. And he's such nice guy. I also had him work on my mother's house and he did an excellent job there too. I would definitely use his company again.
