I would like to provide a strong recommendation for Jay Villella to anyone in the Pittsburgh area who is seeking a realtor. My husband and I worked with Jay in early 2017. Jay showed us at least 20 properties, often accommodating our strict schedules. Jay is diplomatic and kind. His honesty shines through, time and time again. On many occasions, and as newcomers to Pittsburgh, Jay provided us with local and practical insights. He knows his market and will make sure his clients are treated fairly and working in their own best interests. Above all, his clients can depend on him to secure the right property for them.

Jay was wonderful! We worked with him for a few months searching for homes in the city of Pittsburgh and purchased a home with him in November. He was recommended by a friend. We loved Jay - he was very professional, was fun to work with, gave great advice, and was patient with the process that involved a lot of back and forth. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great real estate agent.

As first time home buyers, Jay walked us through every step in detail. He kept us on time with reminders of key dates to have things done by. Extremely helpful with explaining the process, took our needs to heart and helped us find a wonderful home. He always had time to answer our questions. As first-time home-buyers, we were jumping in the deep end when we bought our house, with almost no knowledge of the process at all. From the first time we met him, Jay was helpful, patient, and readily shared his knowledge and experience - from advising us about structural issues we  may have overlooked, to explaining arcane legal twists in our contract, to reassuring us when the negotiating process got stressful. Jay was responsive, answering questions by email or phone well beyond normal work hours, and made the effort to meet with us when we wanted to discuss things face to face. He advocated tirelessly on our behalf, through a process that involved a ton of back-and-forth with a seller on the other side of the country. <br> <br>I was sure we would tire him out with our constant questions and worries, but he was always positive and eager to help, through all manner of obstacles and delays (which were numerous in the transaction, on the side of the seller). <br> <br>In short, Jay's a great realtor, and a super-nice guy. Jay is an excellent realtor.  He was always available to answer questions and to go the extra mile.  He was never pushy and was very easy to work worth.  I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends or to use him again.

Jay was excellent to work with and was very quick to tell us about newly-listed properties and opportunities. He was always available, and he was very honest and open with us about the properties we saw. He helped us to land a great deal. We wouldn't have been able to find such a great property at such a good price without him, and he was 100% trustworthy. He continues to check in on us to make sure that everything is going well with our new home. When we need real estate services in the future we will definitely ask Jay to work with us again.
