Called these guys for what I thought was a Nest issue, and they discovered that my heat exchanger had cracked and I was better off replacing my very old unit with a new one. They provided me with a proposal the same day and I decided to contact a couple other companies for comparison. They confirmed Jazz's findings and provided me their quotes as well. Jazz's bid was very competitive and I was happy to give them my business. On install day, Jazz showed up with two other gentlemen and they wrapped up the installation in one day. System works great. Jazz Heating & Air Conditioning has been amazing to work with. I sent out inquiries to several other companies on Angie's List. I had done a lot of research and knew exactly which furnace I wanted. Mirza was super responsive over messaging and was able to provide me a proposal without having to schedule an appointment for estimation! He had me take some pictures & measurements and send them over. This was such a pleasure because all the other companies wanted to send someone over, and I don't have time for that many visits. The price that Jazz gave me was very competitive, and they didn't try to upsell me to a more complex unit. The replacement turned out great. They cleaned up really nicely and was really thoughtful in giving me a tutorial of the system.

It's hard to put into a Yelp review how grateful we are to have found these guys. I am in a predicament to say the least. We hired just about the worst contractor we could have hired. We did our due diligence but they were masters of the con. What can u do? (Everlast construction - beware!!) The problems with our HVAC system were many. It wasn't installed to code, and was even set up in a way where if it was left as is, electrical fires and/or the previous hvac shorting out due to being wired so incorrectly. The guys at Jazz were able to take an incorrectly installed system, cut out my old one unit and safely remove it, then install a new hvac with all the corrections to every line. What we have now is an efficient heater that works - and isn't a fire hazard. Imagine that! This isn't even the nicest thing they did for us. Turns out, the ghost of my crooked contractor was still haunting us. We could not pass inspection without a hers test, yet the person hired previously to complete it, disappeared off the map. Jazz got a new one going, and spent several weeks tracking down all the people and paperwork needed to do one from scratch. Needless to say, it was unprecedented for them, no picnic, and they did it happily. Never wavered, never hesitated and always called back and kept us updated. I would recommend them to my mother. These guys will do a good job. They have a kind vibe and I have no reservations in giving them five stars and propping them up. Would hire them again. Thank you jazz! Edit: these guys have come By three separate times to fix more issues left by the previous inept criminally minded people at "Everlast construction." All three times, no charge, super sweet attitude and just supremely helpful. Hire these guys.

Excellent communication and customer service from first contact to follow up.

I had three different companies come out to give me estimates for the work that I wanted done at my house. The first company tried to upsell me a system that I didn’t know much about, but after educating myself, I realized that they tried to sell me a commercial system that was way too much for what I needed. The second company quoted me a price that was much higher than what I was willing to spend. It simply wasn’t in my budget. Jazz came out with another technician, assessed my house, the work that needed to be completed, and gave me three different quotes. The three quotes included a breakdown of three different systems with their corresponding efficiency. Afterwards I received a proposal with a detailed description of what needed to be done, how much each system would cost, and how long it would take them to finish the project. They also offered me the option to have a dual zone system (meaning that I can have different temperatures in different areas in my house). In the end they were able to connect it so that I can control it with my cell phone! That is just pretty neat! They also gave me different options for brands, and I decided to go with the Carrier brand. The project was finished within two days. I was impressed by how efficient they were. They even left the area where they worked cleaner than I had left it. Overall, I was very satisfied. The cost of the project was exactly as quoted, which based on others people’s reviews of other companies is a miracle these days. Four days later Jazz called me to check in and make sure that everything was working well. I was told that if I ever had any questions or concerns at all, I can call him any time.
