J&B Coastal Contracting

He was absolutely fantastic to work with. He picked up what was needed at Home Depot, was punctual, had great communication and cleaned up really well after himself.

Yes, Brandon & Earl did a great job

I can’t say enough about J&B Coastal Contracting. I reached out to them after another contractor continuously stood me up or never returned calls or text messages. I reached out to J&B in hopes that I might be able to get on their schedule in the near future. Once they heard that I needed 4 grab bars installed due to my husband having stage 4 cancer and unsteady in the shower and toilet area, they came out the next day. I said I could wait but they insisted. Not only did they do fantastic work they also helped me hang some things in the garage that I was unable to do. They were very kind, considerate, compassionate and extremely professional. I will be recommending them to my neighbors and friends. And I will be definitely hiring them again for another job.

Thry assembled a waterbed which was very difficult. Also a TV stand which takes 2 people to assemble and got rid of our garage screen..

On time, very professional, cleaned up and took off the trash and polite. We use them again.

I was very satisfied. They were both very friendly, punctual, and their professionalism was absolutely outstanding. It was a very pleasant experience, and I will definitely hire them again.

professional, friendly, I would definitely use them again.

J&B Coastal Contractors removed our old lights and installed our new solar parking lot lights. They did an excellent job and were both courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Great. Very nice workers, great work and an awesome personality which goes a long with me. I will use them again and share their name for my neighbors.

J&B Coastal Contracting installed a gazebo on my patio. They did an excellent job and the gazebo looks great.

Jason and Brandon were wonderful to work with and did an excellent job

It was amazing .they came out immediately and gave an estimate for the work, They fixed the things that the previous contractor had done incorrectly. They're pricing was fair they showed up every single day until the job was done. They were very professional and always cleaned up, always reached my phone calls and answered my questions. They also make excellent suggestions they finish my kitchen beautifully. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

They were very efficient to get the project done as quickly as possible. They had all the items they needed to replace the fan. They kept in touch with me about their arrival and any delays so we could continue doing the things we needed to as well. Very polite and cleanup was great. I would definitely recommend them

Very professional, courteous. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. Finished the job on time and at a reasonable price. Will defiantly use them again for my home repairs.

The installation went perfect. Could not be more pleased with the work that was performed. He was on time, professional and no clean up needed after the job was completed. We plan on having them back for additional upgrades.

Jason and Brandon were extremely professional and knowledgeable . Very helpful in giving me ideas for outdoor patio space , including the outdoor kitchen, Gazebo, and shed. They tackled various projects from crown moulding, to roofing, to lighting. Whatever the circumstance, they showed expertise in all of these areas! I would trust their experience and skills. Also, very friendly and personable…

This was the second project where we used JRS. A few years back, we hired Jason and Brandon to replace our deck around our swimming pool. This time, we had them renovate our bathroom and downstairs family space. The end result to both projects was incredible! Our new bathroom is modern and sleek. Our downstairs is elegant and functional. Jason and Brandon were meticulous in their approach, from the spackle and drywall down to the caulking and painting of the trim and moldings. We now have two brand new rooms and we couldn’t be more happy! I would definitely hire JRS again for a future project and I would highly recommend them for either and indoor or outdoor project.

Excellent! Very professional and thorough work. Work is done to perfectionist standards and collaborative with homeowner. Very creative and pleasant to work with. Pricing is fair and reasonable as well. I would highly recommend.

The team at JRS was extremely professional and very pleasant to deal with! Jason and his team saved the day and helped complete the job prior to a strict deadline for a big family party. I would highly recommend JRS and look forward to the continued partnership moving forward! And the icing on the cake was that they were not only willing and able to consistently work with my vision throughout the whole process but they found a way to exceed all of our expectations. I find it hard to believe that you'll find a more transparent local contractor to work with.

Jason and Brandon were excellent to work with. They were very meticulous and have high quality workmanship. The end product was better than anything I could envision! The entire experience was positive and well worth the price! I plan to use them again on future projects and would highly recommend them!

Great quality work. Give good suggestions and alternatives. Provide above standard quality work.

We wanted to remodel an upstairs main bathroom. After spending 14 months getting quotes and different proposals for a full remodel, I found JRS Contracting. I had them quote on the bathroom complete remodel and liked the price and what I heard. We were so impressed with the care and craftmanship at a fair price that we also had them do a complete remodel of the master bathroom. All visitors to our house describe it as "a 5-star hotel bathroom", as they did an exceptional job. We used them for many more projects - replace carpet with hardwood floors and baseboards on the second floor, a creative off deck entryway to a new hot tub and two custom closets. It is rare that I would write a review like this or fully recommend a contractor, as I am very picky and usually find too many things I do not like once they finish. However, I fully recommend JRS and could not find fault, as they were pickier than me! They also did an excellent job of cleaning up each day before leaving. Highly Recommend!

We wanted an outdoor area that we could retreat to during all four seasons. Jason and his crew built a phenomenal gazebo, complete with windows, screens, beautiful floors, vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. He also installed electrical outlets and ran a cable line so we could watch TV. The result was a phenomenal little building that makes us feel like we're up in a tree house. A job well done.

Jay has worked on many projects for us over the years. Each job is performed with respect, transparency and integrity. He is a perfectionist with all his work; and it shows in the final results. Most of all he is flexible to changes whether driven by us or construction surprises. He explains what is required and adapts accordingly. Best review I can give is we recently contracted him again in our new home and will continue to do so for years to come

Excellent! Contractor is trustworthy and talented. He is creative, meticulous, and hardworking. He understands your vision and works hand in hand with you to create it. We’ve hired him many times over the course of 15 years to do many projects and all done to the highest standards. I’d recommend him for all types of remodeling work.
